I applied under FSW1, application received date 2-dec-14...
now i wish to apply for study visa to germany...
Is my PR application would create any problem in my study visa if I would reveal my PR app information to germany immigration

NEED SUGGESTION ON AN URGENT BASIS

One of my friend unintentionally answered ‘NO' to all questions of Question No. 6 of Background Declaration. Which asks “Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:”
But he got one Visitor Visa Refusal for Canada with reason that ‘Purpose of visit not clear'.
He also got a PER mail few days ago...!

Kindly suggest that whether he should inform Local Visa Office regarding this unintentional error (How & when) or wait for call or updation request from Local Visa Office?

Just send a apology cover letter - write that it was un-intentional. Also send an updated Sche- A form . Courier both docs to the local VO address. this Mistakes are minor and acceptable when applicant himself inform his VO....

My application was received on 13 November but not yet charged. Should I be worried? I applied for code 4011 which is not capped yet.

Does anyone has any idea why CC charged date for 95% is not updated? Does this imply that most of the applications are rejected and, therefore, 95% of records at the doc file cannot be reached?

Will I get any receipt on my name after making payment?

2. They ask 2 photos, is the original photo specification is same for this??

there is no need of logging on ECAS....

And yes u will be given a receipt which u can send to NDVO...

Click on the link sent with your mail. Just follow the steps and pay it online.
The receipt will be generated and then you can take a print out of it.
Fill your details in printed copy and send it to them...
No need to be logged into ECAS..

1. Send a CSE since this is a special Case...Ask them what u need to do....

2. Yes this is the same spec of the photo that u sent earlier....

It is recommended that He must report this to VO with proper explaination of ommiting this information by mistake before they ask for it.
