Medicals, RPRF and proof of funds reached NDVO on 15th Nov.
PPR: 20th Jan 2014.

I have a question about the PER. I am just charged. I am 2172. Whether every people who get charged will get PER successfully? In which case will get NER? What is the proportion of NER?

Seems like NDVO needs constant boost-up as it gets tired so Quickly..!!

I guess they were sending out the PPRs only for the DMs made in Dec.
Dont know how long we will have to wait...

Looking at the PPR flow what I have observed is:

NDVO is updating 4th line in bulk and within few days (may be a month) they issue PPR for those guys having 4th line update.

But what seems to be little depressive is, NDVO is updating DM status for few applicants only and then after goes in sleeping mode.

So, lets wait to get DM status update first and then wish to get PPR soon.

Anyone here, if gets update on DM status, please please please report in the forum.

Brother socc3rguy , NDVO has created a big Backlog again, and may be not able to handle, that's why they are doing so.
You can estimate it from SS, by seeing people waiting for MR and PPR ... compare to other VO.

Hi guys,

My application was received on 13 November but not yet charged. Should I be worried? I applied for code 4011 which is not capped yet.

Does anyone has any idea why CC charged date for 95% is not updated? Does this imply that most of the applications are rejected and, therefore, 95% of records at the doc file cannot be reached?

Hello All

I have applied for FSW2014. I have given my medicals and results have been submitted. Along with it I have submitted my PCC and other details for spouse.

I am now awaiting FBI clearance for my spouse. We have given the application to FBI on Oct 3. However I have not received any update from them.

Can someone pls advise on then FBI timelines ?

What would be the steps after this ? How much time would it take after submission of FBi certificate ?

My CC has been swiped and I have also paid RPRF. They are still asking for FBI certificated.

FBI installed a new software late last year and they are running extremely slow lately. Their estimate is that yuo will get your PCC is from 14-16 weeks

Hello Friends

NEED SUGGESTION ON AN URGENT BASIS

One of my friend unintentionally answered ‘NO' to all questions of Question No. 6 of Background Declaration. Which asks “Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:”
But he got one Visitor Visa Refusal for Canada with reason that ‘Purpose of visit not clear'.
He also got a PER mail few days ago...!

Kindly suggest that whether he should inform Local Visa Office regarding this unintentional error (How & when) or wait for call or updation request from Local Visa Office?

Every reply is appreciated.
