Problem is that i understand your concern, i think if u go through interview you will have to take your stand and stick by it. I do not agree with his logic anyway. I guide agencies so how is this not related to me.

Hello Everyone,
Now she is staying at different address (Y) since our marriage (Sep 2013).

I am facing an issue with my wife's PCC, The address mentioned in her existing passport is old address (X) where she stayed before marriage.
Problem is we have given our house (Y) for reconstruction and move to a rented place (Z) 3 months back.

While applying for PCC we need to give current address and permanent address, If there is change in address to what is mentioned in her passport (i.e. address Y) as current address then police verification will happen on that address and we are not staying there, I might be a problem.

For a solution, If I mention both permanent address and current address as same (i.e. address X) her old address what is in passport, we might get the PCC without any issues.

Do you see any problem in the above solution or Canada NDVO will check the records and verify the address on which PCC is done/taken.

Please provide your vital inputs and thank you for the help in advance.

Hi nitks.abhinav

When PSK issues PCC they expect the same address as per passport and in those cases, the PCC is issued on the spot. Reason being that the local PS would have done the Police verifications on that address.
Any time that address changes, the PCC get's in the same loop where the new address needs to be verified by the PS and then PCC is issued.
In my opinion, get the PCC from the PSK on the same address as on your wife's passport. Below is my PCC from PSK. Please note that it does not mention the address anywhere.
It simply confirm no adverse findings towards me and the intent of getting the PCC issued.

ALL THE BEST

As i am in same field i know that you are perfectly right.

As i am Product manager of NOC 1123... i have same JD and designation.
So my question is "Is there any chances of interview in my case?"

A call for interview depends on the case officer really. I would say criteria may be subjective. Let us hope that we will not be called for it and go to mr straight away. God bless everyone.

Depends purely on your luck and visa officer. Nobody can answer this question.

30 November cc deducted and until now no PER..

is it possible that there will be no PER mail to me then move to VO????

anybody has the same situation as mine?

Hi palakpatel911,

Thank you for the input on PCC, So getting PCC from the old address (mentioned in the passport) will not create an issues?

Guys PCC doesnt need an active police verification, till you have a valid gov issued address proof(not aadhaar) Atleast from the HYD PSK.

I have applied for PCC and received one on the same day, on a diff address than the one printed on the Passport.

No idea but by the drift of the inteview i think JD mismatch in their opinion.

Is the analysis of JD and points to be awarded not completed once-and-for-all by CIC? I was thinking that once it has been done at CIC, local VO shall be more concerned about background check. Can you share your ref letter (may be only the relevant text) at truptib @ gmail.com . It might give some insights.
