It was mentioned in an Iranian forum. I send an email to him for further information as I couldn't find his entry in the Iranian SS. I will send it here upon any updates.

Great! +1 for the help.

Hey anybody has any idea about Transaero airlines. Right now they are the cheapest.

Delhi to Russia to Toronto.

If anyone had travelled with this airline before.

To and fro from 6 feb to 20 feb. Cost around 51000. Ibibo giving discount of rs 5000 extra

If anyone had revealed from this airline before.

The plane is old (B767) and flies full, since now TSO has only one departure per week for this destination. Their economy class sucks, so unless you are traveling in business class I would advise switching to LOT or Turkish Airlines.

If a long wait flight is okay with you!! Then there's a cheap flight on 19th feb .. Delhi - Frankfurt - Toronto .. Its $776 AUD per person operating by Air India and Air Canada ..

Check for cheap flight deals on Skyscanner.com

Sorry i misread it .. I thought you looking for one way.. The two way flight on the dates you mentioned is $1,193 !! Which i think is kinda cheap! Cause when i book two way fares from Australia to India its around 1300-1400. So i guess for India to Canada this fare is fair!! I advise you should choose a standard flight by paying a 100$ more as food wouldnt be a problem then .. Cause not all airlines have meals included .. And a few of them asks you to pay for food ..

it looks like NDVO was busy with student visa and they seem to be getting free. I am expecting to see lot more decision made and ppr coming in month. I also hope the wait time between medical received and visa issued is significantly lower from coming month.

I am expecting NDVO to share workload with their recently opened banglore center. Per Facebook update, Banglore center will process south indian application

All the best for everyone

Look, the teams that process FSW applications (ECU) are not involved in any other immigration cases apart from Economic (PNP, CEC, etc), so this theory doesn't hold true. Moreover, not all CIC CPRs (VO) have ECU, so unless Bangalore appears on the CIC website as an office responsible for FSW applications, it is safe to assume that they will be involved with other immigrations cases and won't have an ECU in their ranks.

Hi,

Your knowledge about the process is very very impressive! Thank you very much for guiding people here! May I ask how you got to know so many things? just curious.. nothing else.. Surely you are an inspiration to help people..

Hi,

Thank you for the commendation. Due to Canada's access to information law (ATIP) the Government is required to disclose all non-restricted information to the public. Consequently, CIC routines can be researched by reading their Operations bulletins readily available on their website. Apart from that I used to work for the government of my home country in a related sphere, so I know a thing a two about pencil-pushing, which doesn't differ much on the global scale ::)
