What does this mean?

It's a good sign. It means you fell within the cap for your NOC. Now wait 20-30 days for PER.

It's not that urgent, you have a until the end of this week to apply .

I think it is warm...Lol...... It would be almost full (1000 applications) by end of Dec so mostly everybody who applied in 2131 will get through.....

You are definitely okay because u r before me and I have been charged and my ECAS has been updated to 'In Process'

Charge date can change a lot from NOC to NOC. If there are several other applicants from 0013 that were charged after you, then you can worry a bit. It's to soon to be worried yet.

Hey idefix, I just spoke to my consultant and she checked with the bank... It was charged on the 15th jan ! Very happy and waiting for the PER now !
