My Timeline is as follows:

Category- 0121
Application received date: Nov 10th, 2014
Dd Charged: Jan 14th, 2015 as per the bank

Documents to carry:
1. Passport
2. CoPR Letter 2 copies
3. 2-3 Photos
4. Air ticket
5. PoF (Bank Draft or Travel cheque, or cash)
6. B4 Form 2 copies
7. Declaration form (Will get it in place)
8. Address for PR card (take printout of address)
9. Disembarkation Form (will get it in plane)
Am I missing something or above list is sufficient?

Please answer:
Declaration and Disembarkation Forms are same or different?
Can I carry Travel cheques as PoF?
I don't have Goods to follow list, So only one B4 Form is sufficient?

You need to carry the Items list / Items to follow list in specific CIC form is that what you mean by declaration form

I just got the reply from CIO regarding my application status request sent on Nov 17 that an email was sent to us on Jan 14 which was of PER and that our file has since been transferred to London office.

Thats certainly a good news , +1 goes pending due to karma

My cc charged on 7th January. UCI received today from customer agent and per is still to receive. So when be able to log-in?

as per trend people are getting PER after one month of charging (more or less), your ECAS will get active a week before your PER. Stay blessed!
