Hi everyone,

Last week my employer received a call from NDVO and after that I also received a call from NDVO and the lady spoke to me about 30 minutes . I applied on 5 th May , received PER in JULY where as my 2nd line updated on 9th SEP. But till today I am waiting for MR. I am really hopeless now.
Also if anyone can help me to understand what GCMS means? and should I apply for it or not?
Do you think there is still hope for me?

Can you share your telephonic call experience, may be someone from the forum can try to figure out what could be the next step for you.

Next step is wait for PPR email asking for the passport to be stamped. For which you will have to wait .. at this time it could take 3 months as Oct applications are still waiting fro one.

The way CIC has a number, where they disclose the status of the file

It depends on when you receive your PER.
the usual norm is 45 to 60 days from PER to MR...
Mine took more than 60 days
Dont worry, you will get your MR soon. I suggest you to apply PCC(if not submited earlier) and get it done so as to not delay any more

I am married however I mentioned in my application that my wife and son will not accompany me....
Am I paid right amount to CIO...

I was about to feel alienated here as nobody seemed to notice me thanks for your response. I have asked my question several times and nobody has had the same case as me which is so confusing and scary to me I was told to ask my question here as the applicants are much more but I had taken no advantage of this forum yet
