People even i believe that CIC is in full swing to clear hot NOC's applications.

These are few examples to support my belief.

1. Some forumite called Shergiiil was 4th dec applicant and got his application back by 15th Jan (letter dated 2nd Jan) as he had forgot his degree certificate copies. dont kn the NOC

2. Ammi1981: NOC 1123. Dec 22nd applicant. Got file rejected for application being incomplete.. thus i guess NOC 1123 people (Including me :P) who have applied before 22nd dec, i guess shud get some relief to know that the cap may not be full.

3. Vinisha09: NOC 4011: 16th Dec applicant. DD encashed. Even 4011 is hot NOC as 1123.. SO some relief for you guyzz to...

Dear i was earlier 21st August applicant and resubmitted my app which is recieved on 22nd december.

All the Best :)

Dear Members,
I need an advice. I have recieved PER and now awaiting MR and PCC. My passport was issued in 2011 and it has my permanent address of Kochi. I am living in Bangalore since 2006. My doubt is do I have to request a PCC from Kochi and will there be a check done at my Bangalore address too or Vice Versa.

Thanks in advance!

Better comply with the address you have provide with background declaration form Q 12.

where you have already given your address.
No matter about medical place

As NDVO has gone dormant in post MR processing. I wonder how are they going to deliver Express Entry processing within 6 months.

New Electronic filing system can be assumed parallel to our CC charge and completeness check.

If for FSW 2014 they cannot deliver full processing in majority of cases within 6 months from CC charge then they certainty cannot process these new files.

Last month there emerged a hope that we would be able to have at least some foresight about our PPR's but alas! The trend was soon broken by Holiday season and it has not yet resumed.

NDVO should at least provide a beter insight into its processing after MR because we have to make plans about leaving current jobs, further study, landing in appropriate season etc.especially when we have to land within a year from medicals.

Last year I saw a post where one guy was required either to land within 20 days or redo medicals.(he chose a breif landing though)

Yes,

One of my friends, Colombo VO rejected after medical and RPRF ( in Colombo VO, MR and RPRF request is altogether) due to JD varies. :-\

the avg processing times shown in spreadsheet are based on working days? E.g PER to MR is 54 days, 54 working days or Normal?

Can i change my Visa office ? I am currently working in Sharjah , UAE. But i have mention NDVO as visa office. I got my PER on 5th Jan

I am also in a same boat. I have already submitted RPRF/Medical and want to change VO from New Delhi to Sydney as I will be moving to Ayustralia from 1 Feb. I have emailed NDVO but they havent replied yet. I also contacted to VFS Australia to transfer my passport to NDVO, but they are unaware of such things.

Anybody with any suggestion ?
