Problem is that i have to get my PCC from India and for that i have to go india and dont know how much time does it take

You can apply for PCC from Sharjah/Dubai police for UAE & then get it attested with the Indian Consulate & submit the same to BLS, they will issue Indian PCC with in a weeks time.
You dont have to travel to india for PCC, for Indian PCC.

One of my friends' application was rejected after MR & RPRF...
reason given - duties not matching the NOC !!!!

My application reached on 17th Nov under 2172 NOC( Visa office is New Delhi) and it is yet to be charged (payment mode is CC) and neither I have got my packet back. I am 100% sure of sending the correct documents as I verified it more than 3 times before sending. From the SS, I see under this NOC, ppl have been charged till 19 Nov. I have verified from my CC bank that international transactions are open on my CC and no transaction came in past 1 week ( no rejections happened).

What can be the possible reasons for no charging till now. is it that not only the as per the date but according to location also the CC getting charged...Should I consider end of the journey ( although not sure of the reasons) ?? Is there a possibility of CC charging this week..?? Anyone else in the same boat ?

Experts , need some advice - I got MR, RPRF and PCC request on Nov 28th. Ned's completed on dec23 and status updates on ecas. I had a baby in sept and had updated cpc Ottawa in the meanwhile by emails already and paid the initial fees and emailed receipt by Nov 20th.
My PCC India , RPRF , renewed passport copy , baby related pages -physical copies -reached cpc Ottawa on jan 12th. FBi pcc is awaitedand I have informed about the delay in the same package of jan 12tg.
When can I expect a response or PPR request (if they do send without fbi pcc)?

i think you have to apply PCC from cochin . i had same situation regarding my wife's PCC she was living in pathanamthitta dist in Kerala until we get marry and passport was issued from trivandrum. when i went to get the PCC from Cochin they were not giving PCC and told us to go and apply in trivandrum and i had to do so.

Bro, Address Deosn't Matter. Your case is similar to my case, I have Banglore address Passport and i Live in Kochi now..I took the PCC from Passport seva Kochi..When you get the request, Book an appointment in Banglore and get it. Its just two hours process. All the best.

As processing on my file has started on 9th jan 2015 (NDVO)
when i can expect RPRF and PPR requests

I got my PER mail on 5th January... Waiting for MR.
Can i do my medicals before getting my MR and submit it when i get MR because i may not be in city next month.

YES you may! It's called "Upfront Medicals" - but I'd give the doctor's offices a call to make sure which ones will do that

JUST GOT PEEEEEERRRRRRRR!!!!

I was freaking out because my ECAs had been live since January 13th but no PER mail.... UNTIL NOW!!!!

My timelines:

NOC: 2172
CC Charge: Dec 18th
ECAS status live: Jan 13th
PER: Jan 18th

BTW the PER mail was sent to my representative's (my dad) email address.
