One of my friends' application was rejected after MR & RPRF...
reason given - duties not matching the NOC !!!!

Very strange....

any one came across this situation?

Thats very weird. Haven't came across any such cases like that. I mean CIO-Sydney gave "GO", then First officer at VO gave "GO" and issued MR and RPRF and then rejection, and reason for rejection is "Duties not matching the NOC". Thats a real weird thing.

Hope your has received procedural fairness letter to support his/her part.

Dear Seniors,

My friend applied under NOC 1212 on 27 Nov 2014 and received by CIC on 2nd Dec, but it was returned stating incomplete Section as per Regulation 10 of IRPA. They have highlighted Credit card number on enclosed checklist, indicating error in number. I verified my credit card number it is correct but it is just that it is 14 digits instead of 16 digits of HDFC bank. : :

Now I want to ask that whether I should appeal to CIC and resubmit my application or apply under Express Entry. I m more keen on appealing as by the end of Dec 2014 cap was not full. But still want experts comments on this regard. Further, if I appeal in how many days I will get the reply.

We are having proof credit card statement to valid our claim and we can also attach copy of credit card with resubmission of application.

Your comments will help my friend to a great extent.

My situation is more like as yours ,my certain CC amount blocked and CIC attempted 3 times in a row ,but it was declined .Immediately I marked mail to CIO for another transaction request or DD .Can u give me the number where I can contact them or ask for UCI ?
have you ask them for another transaction or not ? any reply from them ?

Guys,
Any news on NOC 1123?

I've done my medicals already... waiting for them to be processed and passport request. However I have a bunch of brazilian friends still waiting to get charged for this NOC. The SS doesn't seem to be updated with NOC info... and I have no idea wether this NOC has been capped or not.

Any idea? Thank you!

have you ask them for another transaction or not ? any reply from them ?

you can call them on 0016139444000 then listen to recording and dial following extensions 1,1,1,1,1,3,1) then hold and let the recording repeat for three times, then you will be connected to the agent. Keep atleast 20 minutes to get to the agent. Also it depends upon the agent. if he is courteous, he will provide you UCI; otherwise you have to keep trying.

Further, my case is a bit different as the transaction on my credit card was successful, but due to some confusion CIC have not claimed the amount.

Hello House,
I am little bit confused about my Sweden PCC. I was Sweden during my 2007-2009. I got my Swedish PCC after 45 days. It has only one sentence and one stamp.

It is written: The register contains no information regarding the above name and a stamp written: Identity uncertain complete Swedish ID number missing.

Those who got Swedish PCC you have same experience as mine or different.

Worried!! Can you guys please explain about it. Thanks in advance...
