Please share your complete timeline, have you received MR from LVO?,
normally IMO gives appointment of around 7 to 10 days gap. Cost of Medicals is approximately PKR 7,000/- payable in cash.

CIC number +1 613 944 4000...listen to IVR and then keep following the voice prompt pressing 1 1 1 1 1 3 1...and at the last 1 it will ask you to input your file number..don't press anything just wait for it to repeat it 3 times and then they transfer your call to an agent
