Finally it was so fast!!!
I was calling at 001-613-944-4000 for so many days but only succeeded twice to talk to representative. First time, it was a lady, who simply denied to give any information and asked to email cio. Last night, it was a guy who firs denied but than kind enough to give uci after security questions. My application date was 3rd Oct and had no news yet.
