Friends, i was asked to pay processing fee for spouse on addition of spouse after PER by LVO. I have filled and signed the fee payment form with CC details and sent it along with other forms and requested documents.

Worry i read somewhere on forum about the online payment and payment by bank draft. Not sure if i did the right thing by sending the payment fee form with cc details to LVO.... ??? :-X

After the docs were received I have sent a reply to LVO's request for documents and have mentioned details of documents sent (including Processing fee form for spouse IMM5620E)....and have asked them for acknowledgement and further guidance :S awaiting their response or credit card charge since 11 Jan 2015 :S

Delighted to inform you that I received Medical Request yesterday (Friday) at 1:28 PM IST.

My timeline is as follows,

Received Date: 8th July 2014
NOC: 4011
PER Date: 3rd Nov 2014
MR Date: 16th Jan 2015

Still searching edit link so will update SS later.


No second line before MR but now it is updated

How come there is sudden jump of 2 months on the NOC ..

Hi Friends,

I am worried as due to some confusion with the bank my CC declined on 6,7 and 12 Jan. Even I haven't rec any msg in this regard from the bank ,they block certain amount for some other reason .Meanwhile CIC authorities tried the transaction .I clarify with the bank and also deposited addition money .
Yesterday (15/1/15)I already mark mail to CIC(CIO-SYDNEY-SEARCH-ENQUIRY @ CIC.GC.CA) in this regard and request them for another transaction on cc or IF require I will send DD to them as well.
somebody can suggest how to proceed further ? will they try for 4th time and contact me or not .
any contact number with CIC authority ?

Sorry You are right for that. It is not me it is member of forum. I think the member is from India and she confirmed that more times on othe topics.

What's the latest charging date for the NOC 2172...And in the NOC CAP Estimates tab, it is mentioned as 96.69% filled for the NOC 2172..Can someone please clarify this percentage pls...
