Hearty congrats and all the best ahead. !!

I presume it is based on the years of experience that you have in the targeted NOC.

In my case, I have 4 years of experience in 2174 and 1 year and 355 days in NOC 2172. But as I have applied for NOC 2172, I believe I will be awarded points equivalent to a years worth of experience.

Hi,
Points calculation based on experience in NOC or total work experience?
for e.g.
1 years in NOC 2172 and
5 years in NOC 2171.

Will CIC consider points based on 1 year or total 6 years?

Hi guys !

I'm new in this forum. My timeline is as follows-:
App received-: 24th july,

I'm working in a small company and my salary is around 1.5 lacs per annum, Ive been paid cash and I don't get any payslips and because my salary is less so I obviously don't have to pay tax. I've submitted a salary certificate instead of payslips. Now my question is do these things effect the positivity of my case? what if they demand payslips from me? please experts help
Im tensed. Sad Sad Sad Sad

Hi Brother..

Payslips and other job related documents are optional / supporting documents .. If you have the reference letter strong as per the guidelines mentioned in Document checklist form, you are good .. do not worry ... Payslips, business cards, tax docs and others are just to make your case much stronger but again those are just supporting docs ..

I hope you did good with your reference letter.. More details pulled from document checklist for your quick reference

Letters must be:
• written on company letterhead,
• signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
• show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
• stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable).

Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company,
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position,
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
• your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
• the number of hours worked per week in each position.

Additional supporting documents may include:
• copies of work contracts, and
• copies of pay stubs.

Regards,
Pandu
