Time is killing 7th July applicant NDVO NOC 2173 still no MR or second line update?wake up NDVO sending MR to others in July itself but it seems they forget to pick 7th July'14......

My friend .. We all will get MR soon ..

Today I received the GCMS notes about my application. I hope this data helps people easing their minds, or gives an idea about thier own application. The notes file is fifty pages and a little confusing. So I tried to make a summary. Here it is;


2014.08.21 : File opened at CIC
2014.08.25 : Application fee encashed
2014.09.08 : Eligibility passed at CIC
2014.09.08 : PER
2014.09.11 : Secondary Office added (Paris)
2014.09.20 : AOR
2014.09.26 : Eligibility assessment started at Paris VO
2014.09.26 : RPRF & Medical request
2014.09.29 : RPRF paid
2014.10.06 : RPRF received
2014.10.15 : Medical tests sent
2014.10.17 : Medical passed
2014.10.21 : ECAS 3rd line updated (before 2nd line)
2014.10.28 : Eligibility passed at Paris VO (ECAS 2nd line updated)
2014.11.13 : Criminality passed
2014.12.17 : GCMS notes requested
?????????? : Security passed (at the time I requested GCMS notes, security check hasn't been done yet, so the date's unknown to me)
2015.01.13 : ECAS 4th line updated

hi everyone,

My app was received by cic on 6th june as per my courier service(FEDEX)..and i got my PER on 7th oct..but when i checked my status on ECAS the first line is

1) we received your app for PR on sep 9 2014. and i got second line updated on 15 nov..

so can anyone please tell me which is app date, the courier one or ECAS first line.And i have not received MR by now.Please help me what should i do now ?

Year May-2014- Application send again for FSW for 3 NOC. Wait...Wait..Wait...
Year Oct -2014 -All returned as incomplete for a stupid mistake of mentioning 3 NOC in Schedule 3 form. :-[
Year Oct -2014- Resend all the 3 application with the correction Wait....Wait...Wait.... ???
Year 5th Jan 2015- Ting..Ting.. Your CC has been debited by ****$ by CIC... ;D

Hi guys !

I'm new in this forum. My timeline is as follows-:
App received-: 24th july,
PER-:26 Nov

I'm working in a small company and my salary is around 1.5 lacs per annum, Ive been paid cash and I don't get any payslips and because my salary is less so I obviously don't have to pay tax. I've submitted a salary certificate instead of payslips. Now my question is do these things effect the positivity of my case? what if they demand payslips from me? please experts help
Im tensed.

As per my view it's not mandatory to submit salary slip, if u provide experience certificate and other related docs then it's enough.
pls take care about one thing only if any physical verification happen then clear this.

I confirm you may be receiving AOR by last Jan and MR by 1st wk of Feb.

As per my experience from Paris VO:

AOR Received.: 19/09/2014
Med's Request: 25/09/2014
Med's Done....: 24/10/2014
Passport Req..: 13/01/2014

It seems that Paris VO is super fast
By the way , I have a concern about a PCC from my country , Tunisia , I am Living abroad for the moment .I applied for One PCC before sending my App , The PCC is dated sep 9th , but my app was already sent before it reach my embassy here in Kuwait .
So can I use the same PCC when VO request it with medical ? or should I get new One ?
another question if anyone can help please : I worked in KSA from 2008 to 2012 and resigned and got final exit , now i am working in Kuwait , How can I get A PCC from KSA ,Should I wait for VO to ask for , and get the request email from them ?

Hi Friends,

I am worried as due to some confusion with the bank my CC declined on 6,7 and 12 Jan. Even I haven't rec any msg in this regard from the bank ,they block certain amount for some other reason .Meanwhile CIC authorities tried the transaction .I clarify with the bank and also deposited addition money .
Yesterday (15/1/15)I already mark mail to CIC(CIO-SYDNEY-SEARCH-ENQUIRY @ CIC.GC.CA) in this regard and request them for another transaction on cc or IF require I will send DD to them as well.
somebody can suggest how to proceed further ? will they try for 4th time and contact me or not .
any contact number with CIC authority ?

Another Interview Experience from a FSW14 NDVO applicant:


I am going to share an expeicnce of another FSW14 NDVO applicant whom was requested for an interview....He has some issues thats why he asked me to keep his name confidential (but not the experience) ....

A 15 minutes interview in total.

He was asked about his family details as in the following:

Birth place of family members.
Relative in Canada.
Specific personal questions about family members. Married / Single etc.

Then he was also asked questions relating to job as in:

Where do you work?
Whats your Job position?
How many employees work in your company?
How big is the company?
Sole Proprietorship or partnership or corporation?
When was the company incorporated / brought into existence?
Do you operate from your home or do you have an office?
Is the office rented or owned? (Rented)
Whats the rent?
What the company deals in?
Whats you last drawn salary?
Can I see your work related documents? (She didn't even see thoroughly)
Do you have the PCC? (No because he had submitted original earlier, The VO goes through the docs and finds them)

Just 15 minutes. He seems very positive. The VO was not rude neither polite. He also said that a lot of people were waiting and he was called in almost after half an hour from his scheduled time. And the one before him took almost 45 minutes.
