Confirm that mid December files are being checked now.

If I were a James Bond, would have attached a nano tracking device with my app!

Allah knows who is checking/has checked my file, and what are the outcomes.

Feeling tensed.

Same is the situation with me. But i think that completeness check would have been completed. Because these days they are completing completeness check within 22-days. Search my previous post in this regard, about one person who got his file returned and his file reached on 30NOv and on return file it was return completeness check done on 22-december. So, around 22 days for completeness check.

GUYS, RECEIVED THIS REPLY FROM CIC IN RESPONSE TO CSE MAIL DATED 11 NOV 2014. CSU REPLY TIME 64 DAYS THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED MY PER ON 16 DEC 2014.

Your file was reviewed by our office and an email was sent to you on 16 Dec 2014. Your file has been transferred to the visa office in New Delhi. You will be contacted by that office in due course. Once you receive correspondence from New Delhi, the documents can be submitted to that office.

Dear Sardarji,
There are two ways:
1. If you know the wrong e-mail id, why don't you create a new mail id with this wrong id (of course, it would depend on the availability but, give it a shot)
2. you may send an updated IMM generic form to CIC with all relevant details such as DOB, Passport No, Address, Visa office etc so that officer can identify your addendum and attach it to your original packet. Also, put a cover letter and mention the date when your packet reached CIC office in Sydney.

send a email to cic stating subject as urgent .... Provide ur details name passport no. Date of issue, expiry date of birth, date of file received at cic. And update them with ur correct email address to be contacted in future.. Rest u ll get ur per with snail mail speed through post in case of wrong email.....

Really I don't know why it happened. But it is true and it had happened already. Because this is my own profile that i am viewing.
Therefore for me there is no doubt that it has happened to me.
By the way see my previous post it is taking nowadays 22-days for completeness check which is evidenced by an unfortunate guy whose file got returned.

Medical Received: 31st Dec (submitted 9th Jan)
3rd line updated on Jan 13th

Now what do you think? when will I receive my visa? and any possibility of background check now( though no problem, just curious to check).
If you are also from NDVO and almost similar to my case, please

Also I am sure there are few people who got there visa or there status is updated, however may be they are not getting chance to update in spreadsheet( request to all of them please update spreadsheet so it would be easier to analyze timelines).
