SO THIS PROVES THAT CIC IS ALSO DOING BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Really I don't know why it happened. But it is true and it had happened already. Because this is my own profile that i am viewing.
Therefore for me there is no doubt that it has happened to me.
By the way see my previous post it is taking nowadays 22-days for completeness check which is evidenced by an unfortunate guy whose file got returned.

I think NVDO guys went to Bangalore to attend inauguration of visa office at the Consulate General of Canada in Bengaluru.

I was browsing High Commission facebook page and saw various photos of inauguration.

Its just an assumption.

Please i need to know something...my application was received August 27th under NOC 1212 and DD was encashed 4th Dec but since then i have not gotten the PER mail...i was advised that i try calling CIC as well as send a mail to that effect....i sent a mail but as we know it takes up to 50-60days for response to come..however i started calling CIC to see if i can get my UCI number which up to 20times within 3 weeks they refused giving me saying they cant give me the information i should e mail CIO. However i got lucky just today and they gave me my UCI number.When i checked the ECAS it showed my full name and IN PROCESS underlined.When i click on the IN PROCESS it said...We received your application on 27 August

please what does that mean....is it they sent PER and i didn't see it or they are yet to send?

I have a doubt regarding fsw-2014, i have received email with application no. on 7th January & waiting for my Medical. But last month my reporting manager's contact details have changed (phone no.). how will they verify the details without calling my manager. I am bit tensed. Can you guys suggest any Action that i need to take.

Since you have your UCI, please raise a CSE with your visa office. Additionally you can apply for gcms notes

If contact number has been changed email id is the second option.. and vo has sources to check your details so you are safe. .. if you still feel you can send a updated letter through email mentioning your managers new details and with your file details
