Hi Friends,

I am in trouble , I showed property as POF, but NDVO asks me to submit POF along with MR again clearly stating they dont accept property.

1. Can I show my PF for some amount and for remaining can I now deposit in Bank or FD?
2. Will they accept if I deposit now?

Hi pr4vj,

1. PF is absolutely acceptable, you can send pf statement and for the remaining you can show Bank deposit or FD.
2. Yeah, they will accept. But you should be able to explain if they comeback with any questions.

When can I expect PER? I need realistic advise as this will determine when I can apply for my bridging open work permit.

Generally 15 to 20 days time for PER after CC charge.

The RPRF letter states that 490 CAD draft per adult should be made. But Bank says that the draft will be made in Rupees only if it is payable at DELHI.

Please guide.

Don't make DD in Canadian $, it should be in Rupees 26700 per adult if you are Indian Citizen and VO = NDVO only.

I am 15 sept applicant and got dd en cashed on 9th dec and per mail received on 31st dec. I suggest you both to check span or junk mail. I think you must have missed the mai.

Hi pr4vj,

Congrats.
Why because you have been intimated and asked to submit valid POF, thus getting a chance to correct the issue.

This is how I went about. (All docs excluding (2) notarised)
1) Showed my and my wife's existing ePF statement (You can get it online if you google the epfo site).
2) FD with 6 month's validity. (Original FD letter)
3) Bank statement for last 3 month's showing the current balance.

Pretty simple and 2-3 day effort to get all the docs sorted.

** If you choose bank statement's make sure you do not have ECS and other periodic deductions. If you do, better to avoid it.

Scanned copies will do. Best to send via registered post or a reputed courier company.
This will ge along with you proof of medicals and RFRP fees along with any other document that they may have asked.

I just received a SMS that a transction by FSW on my CC was declined as my international usage was exceeded on the CC.

Can some one pls suggest whom to contact in FSW and what should be my course of action??

Hi,

I am not very sure, who to contact. While going through this forum, i have read people's posts on multiple declines.
So, first, call your bank, ask them to increase the international transaction value and authorise any CAD charge from a offline merchant.
This will help you in ensuring that if they attempt again, the charge gets through.

I read in the forum that Canadian degree/ Diploma/ Certification courses will ensure a better chance of getting a job in canada...as, based on the feedback of many forumites, Canadian Experience and Canadian Certification courses definitely add a lot of weight to your resume.

Unfortunately, i will not receive email. Its my consultant who will get the email becos n no news from him as of now
