I think so many October applicants including me are waiting for charging.Even if we find November applicants are getting charged,still we can see many October applicants are posting that they are still waiting to hear the first good news.I don't think after Xmas and New Year holidays CIC is on their normal pace for charging.Lets hope next week will bring the good news for us.

I need your urgent assistance. I have been in UK on study visa and I'm done now to go back to my country- Nigeria but my visa office is London. How do I update London VO about my change in address and which address do I update them with (my Nigeria address or a relation's address in the Uk), though I want my local VO to remain as London.

I have changed my job 2 months back and am also supposed to get married next month. When is the appropriate time to inform the VO of these changes ?

I'm thinking of sending them an email after my marriage, however, just wanted to get an opinion. I've got my PER around 2 weeks back.

Hello Guys

I sent my FSW application on Nov 27th and is reviewed on Dec 19th but is returned this week with a IRPA reg 10 letter stating that I didn't provide a copy of degree certificate along with ECA . Thats my bad to forgot degree certi.

My question here is , can I resubmit now with the IRPA letter , attach the degree certi and send the package to be considered under the same FS 2014 program ?

Please advise .

Hi Fellows,

I received about 5 weeks ago the MR and I was also asked to send police certificates for my wife. I sent the documents the same day I got the request. Now that my Medicals have been received by CPC-O on1/2/15, I am wondering if the extra documents have been processed (I know they were received 2 days later I sent them).

In summary, does CPC-O inform if all documents have been satisfactory received? or if there is an issue, then they will contact me.
