I got my PER on December 3rd and my visa office is New Delhi...how long will I have to wait for Medical request.

Since I am based in Saudi Arabia, will it be ok if I do the medical checks done by an approved physician based in Saudi Arabia.

I forgot to mention about my France visit visa refusal in declaration and after submission of my application I was refused my UK visa extension. Pls help with following questions

1- do I have to declare both refusals plus reasons of refusal?
2- or only refusal which was before application submission should be declared
3- should I declare this info by amending form now or should wait for MR first.

I m july 9 applicant Per recieved date is 4 nov and visa office is london which seems to be in crawling mode.i didnt recieve any 2ndline and any correspondence from this office. If u see on the other side ppl of my same timelune have already recieved MR.NDVO is on fire and Lvo is on ice.Y it is so how much should i wait more.Reply

My dear, you are already worried whereas i received PER two months before you i.e. on 5th Sept last year and still waiting for MR from LVO. Normally, LVO takes 120 days from PER to send MR so you need to wait at least till March 2015, so you and i can only wait and pray.

I am asked Proof of funds to be submitted again alongwith MR, PCC & RPRF fees.
I dont know why? It seems in your case they have not asked.

Bio pages mean the pages containing your info like name DOB father name signature etc etc and photo of the passport on which the visa will be stamped. It should obviously be valid.

M sure u studied statistics. The thing with doing anlysis on historic data is not enough to base decision on. while predicting future u need to take other factors in consideration as well. E.g. These days in case of november applicant they are getting charged nowadays i.e. <=60days . And i saw one case of a guy whose application which reached CIC Nov 27 was returned on Dec 18 see CIC just took 20 days for preliminary checks. So point is if making prediction need to take into consideration increase in processing speed since begining of year as well

They sometimes ask for POF to reverify the financial status. Happens to many candidates. Nothing to worry about IMHO.

It doesn't look realistic --apologize if u feel bad.

No, I have not been asked for proof of funds again. May be they're just sample checking and you happen to one of them. For the record, the POF I submitted originally was nearly double the amount that was required. I don't know if this has any impact.
