I am surprised that they started evaluation so early. Bro I think that you cannot apply under the FSW 2014 any more. Only the express entry program works in 2015.

Dear friends,

I got the same issue as I forgot to mention of my France visit visa refusal in 2012 and after submission of my application to CIC on 20 August. I got refusal of my extension of visa in uk which is now in court.
Can someone pls answer these question would be a great help.

1-do I need to fill background declaration again with all refusal detail and REASONS of refusal?
2-if so do I have to mention about refusal before 20 August appl.date only or all refusal with reasons afterwards?
3- should I wait for MR first or do proactive action

I would suggest inform to VO with apology letter and proper info.... it may delay process ...but u will ensure for rest of the life

I can't recall exact timelines. Done it sometimes after PER. New address showed up a week after, although service delivery standard is 15 days. If I were you, I would wait for CAS to get updated.

Hi ! In my mail for address change, I had got revert that the address will be updated in their records however in ECAS that old address will only reflect. For address change, they asked a letter to be signed by me and then uploaded the scan copy under CSE

Happily announcing that i have received my Medical Request from NDVO.

Dear Married Seniors and unmarried fellow mates ( close readers )...

I would like to enquire, if my spouse is pregnant,( to avoid chest X Ray ) is it possible that i give my wifes Medical results later on after informing VO, whereas I submit mine first within the mentioned 30 days.

Will VO continue processing my Immigration.
