I received a request to send them updated forms and passport copies on 18-11.
Then today i received one email with rprf and it was mentioned that mr will be sent in seperate, after few minutes i received the MR emails for me and each member of my family.

Hi, I have three things to ask, considering my visa office is London,

1) I had my medical on Dec 29, 12 days past and yet there is no 3rd line on ECAS.
Some forum friends told that it normally gets updated in 7 to 10 days.
I am not sure what does it mean and what I am supposed to do now?

2) Was I required to send back original medical fee receipt?

3) I sent the receipt of RPRF but missed mentioning my file number on the envelop.
File number is mentioned on the receipt as well as on the cover letter.
How much of a problem it would be and is there anything I can do in this regard?

That's a good saving, especially in India!

However, I'd suggest spend conservatively for initial few months. Because you'll know how to get most bang out of your buck after you've learned more about local conditions. Also after first few months you'll be stressed a little bit due to change of culture, environment etc. so you'll want to go on some holiday! Whereas, your initial couple of months will be like a holiday even if you don't spend much because you'll have all the time you need to roam free!

Is it OKAY to resign / quit from the current job having 3 months' notice period while waiting for PPR ..?? with the hope that during notice period PPR and PPS wll be done.!

Don't worry, during Chirstmas and New Year period, both doctors and CIC employees are bit dizzy and drunk so they don't work as fast as they normally do. You should received an update in a week or so. However, to be extra safe, you can check with your doctor if he/she has submitted your test results.

I don't think so. It's doctor's responsibility to submit your results. You don't have to do anything.

That doesn't matter at all.

I am 4th July applicant, PER recd on 29th Oct but till now no 2nd line updated and no mail from MR?

Any idea by when NDVO is going to respond.

I had sent case specific query also but no response yet . Its already 50 days.

Same here Monika I am 7th July'14 NOC 2173 still waiting for second line update and MR. I got PER on 31st Oct...... NDVO needs to move faster...

This scared the sh*t out of me! Is there anybody technical here? How is this done? Is it enough just to know the address for some third party to intercept letters? :-\

Here third parties are usually hackers, intelligence agencies like CIA or other advanced itelligence agencies who can break all security protocols to access your emails.
