DD Encashed: 16th Dec, 2014 (as per bank)
DD Encashed: 12th Dec, 2014 (as per PER mail)
PER: 7th Jan, 2015
ECAS Status: In Process - "We received your application for permanent residence on September 24, 2014."

All the best to other applicants awaiting PER....!! You all will get the good news soon..!!!

Just want to check, had u used normal bluedart courier service to send Passports to High Commission?

NO DEAR...I SIMPLY WENT TO VISA CENTER IN CHANDIGARH TO SUBMIT MY PP. THEY ASKED ME IF YOU WANT WE CAN DELIVER AT YOUR ADDRESS AFTER VISA STAMPING DONE. FOR THAT SAKE YOU HAVE TO PAY 377 INR EXTRA TO DELIVER AT UR DOOR STEP. SO I OPTED IT.
BUT IF YOU WANT U CAN COLLECT IT FROM VISA OFFICE ITSELF AND CAN SAVE 377 INR/PP.

Hello All,

Firstly congrats to all who have got PPR and visa. Cheesy

I am writing because anxiety is slowly overcoming the confidence I had.

My decison made status and 4th line upodate was on 20th Dec but i still havent got my PPR. Yes, I have completed by Medicals in Oct and the 3rd line was updated on Oct 22.

Is there anyone facing a similar situation and is there anything I need to worry about.

Kindly advice!

Don't worry, you will get PPR soon.
my view is NDVO allocated some staff for PPR in December , so we saw less MR in Dec
Now, they are concentrating on MR,so not sending PPR....next lot many people will get PPR, once they move some people for PPR.

I am October 3 applicant and my CC was charged on December 16 and ECAS is still not active.

I think it will be activated few days before PER

When is a UCI number assigned to an application? After completeness check ?

Som people are getting their UCI over the phone and even they are not still charged. What does this mean? Any highlights from seniors please?
