NO DEAR...I SIMPLY WENT TO VISA CENTER IN CHANDIGARH TO SUBMIT MY PP. THEY ASKED ME IF YOU WANT WE CAN DELIVER AT YOUR ADDRESS AFTER VISA STAMPING DONE. FOR THAT SAKE YOU HAVE TO PAY 377 INR EXTRA TO DELIVER AT UR DOOR STEP. SO I OPTED IT.
BUT IF YOU WANT U CAN COLLECT IT FROM VISA OFFICE ITSELF AND CAN SAVE 377 INR/PP.

Hi Everyone,

Waiting for my PPR and change in my status to Decision Made. Any idea when can I expect the same? NDVO is working way too slow as compared to other VO's. The following are my timelines:

App Received: 5 May
CC Charged: 29 May
PER: 18 June
Local VO Processing Started: 27 August
Med Request: 3 September
Med Done: 8 September
Med Received: 12 December?? You sure of this date!! (This is the date when 3rd line came i.e. Medicals have been received)

I am a June applicant (NDVO-2171) PER was received 10-Oct, no signs of second line update or MR.... should I contact NDVO .... is any other NDVO June candidate with Oct PER waiting for second-line/MR.

I see even July candidates are now getting MR so very worried.

I have a small query. It's been around 25 days since my CC charged. I have not got the PER yet. i tried calling the helpline to see if i can get the UCI no., but no luck.

Please advise if there is any other way to get an update. Or should i just wait.

Hi,
Though I am in same position however as per SS analysis it take 30~35 days from charge date. SO please some couple of week then you will receive your PER email.

Could you please advise:

When is a UCI number assigned to an application? After completeness check ?

Som people are getting their UCI over the phone and even they are not still charged. What does this mean? Any highlights from seniors please?

Yes, UCI is provided during completeness checks. Some are given UCI # eventhough they did not passed completeness check and are returned to applicant. Yes, you can obtain it by calling the CIC call center, but they may or may not provide you. I got it by calling them though in my 1st try. Guess i was just lucky. ;D
