Century and CanOI two heroes of the forum.. time to celebrate.

Dear Seniors,

Just wanted a small advise..
I have provided my ICICI credit card details to CIC.. When i Checked with my bank, they confirmed me that if i have sufficient balance in my credit card they wont stop any transaction done by CIC..
Is that true or I need to do something else..
Anyone who has used ICICI credit card, pls help..
Also, in case CIC tries and transaction doesn't happen, how will i get to know?

Regards

COVER LETTER
Dear Sir or Madam,

I am XXX (Date of birth: XXX), an applicant for Canada's Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) 2014. This letter is supplied along with XXX

Along with my FSWP application sent on 22nd –October - 2014, I had sent Notarized copy of my Birth Certificate. However, I have now realized that my XXX [Typo error] please accept my sincere apology for causing inconvenience and asking for additional attention. But, it is very important for me to strengthen my case by providing correct and very genuine documents. In my resent application I sent on 22nd October I have included my Pan card, SSC Certificate & Original Affidavit detailing my Date of Birth.

I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made and I would like to genuinely convey that this wasn't intentional suppression of facts. Kindly requesting you to use the new “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE” form for performing background checks on my application.

After realizing my mistake, I decide to act quickly to ensure the requirements get more clearer .Thus, I am sending you a new duly signed “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE” form In Original firstly via email soft copy to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca email Subject for tracing my email is (Amendment to “XXX)
Secondly via Courier.

All other documents in my file, including my Spouse & Children’s remain unchanged. I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and effort for processing my FSWP application.

Please do not hesitate to contact me in case of any questions or concerns. I will be happy to answer any of your queries in more details if needed.

Sincerely,

@ pg123 and @ Papillon ..... thank you so much for your help.
So email is the first choice and I am going to email them now and then send the courier...... Just one question may be a silly one...... what if they don't check the email before the 40-50 days. Because from what I have read, they take around that much time to reply.

Also, do I fax the missing documents in both numbers?

I HAVE SEND U A PM CHECK PLZ

I request CIC employee to send me MR before 25th of January. ;D

I know one of CIC employees is watching this forum and has listened to my original request to delay processing of my application. :o But now I have changed my mind. :P I want to have MR before Jan 25 because I am leaving India on 30th Jan and it is LOT cheaper to get Medical Exam done in India than it is in the UK. ;D

Thank you very much for your co-operation. ;D And wish you a happy new year. 8)

Guys!!

Just got a call from my bank (ICICI Bank) that DD has been cleared on 29th Dec.
Was really worried considering that my app dated 2nd sept as per me was stated to be recd by cic on 20th Oct. I still am cautious regarding PER considering recent events. Will celebrate only once I receive PER.

Thanks to all forum members who believed in me even when I myself had given up hope. Wouldn't have been possible without the strength to sustain that you guys have given me. Don't want to take names as the list is endless and don't want to miss anyone even inadvertently.

Will update SS in the evening. My timelines as follows :

Noc : 1114
App recd date As per me : 2nd sept.
App recd date As per cic : 20th Oct.
DD encashment date : 29th Dec.

Congratulations CanOl!!! You really deserve it!

In a few days you will get PER, I'm positive :)
