Experts any idea by when I can have my MR as I am July 7th applicant for 2173 NDVO and I can see in the spreadsheet that second line update is been done for 14, 19, 15, 27 July and not even a single applicant for July 7th any idea whats going on?ANYONE FROM JULY 7TH APPLICANT GOT SECOND LINE UPDATED??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW

There is a little confusion

According to my consultant, VO will only and only start the process (like employment verification, security and criminality checks) after the second line updation . . . . is it true ?

My only concern is the employment verification. I need to remind my ex employers that they may receive any verification call. I had planned to do so after the second line updation.

Should I inform them before 2nd line updation ?

Please suggest . . .

Hi,

Need advise for my application processing scenario.
MR request received on : 31st Oct'14
MR done & RPRF paid online: 19th Nov'14

Last date to intimate New Delhi Embassy was: 14th Dec'14
Proof of medical & RPRF sent on : 29th Nov'14

When I checked my application status, its still showing only 2 lines. 3rd Line for medical still not there. Is it normal or shall I have to contact New Delhi embassy for update?

Hi Mohan,

I am in a similar situation. It's been 30 days since I finished Medicals and ECAS is still showing just 2 lines. (Hospital has also confirmed having uploaded the results).
I am waiting for another week and will then send a case specific enquiry(CSE) to NDVO to get more clarity on the status. I suggest you do the same if you still haven't received any updates.

Hi its clear......

When they update second line they will actually start processing.....

2 line (without third line decision made) means u passed eligibility.... both minimum requirement and 67 points..

Now, after second line, though u passed eligibility, a officer may have questions about three things
1) some of ur documents could be suspicious to the officer (like exact match of job description) then the officer will ask the other officer for second review
2) may be they wanna do ur employer verification... then they will go for background checks
3)officer can have questions about ur abilities or need clarification about something from u..... INTERVIEW CALL

AT THIS STAGE, 2nd line and no third line decision made, they cannot reject u directly.... they must give u an opportunity to explain ur self or to provide further proof of docs....

If an applicant successfully finishes this stage.... eligibility pass........


Now MR....

So time between 2nd line and MR is the time they MAY perform ur employer check... if and only if they want to...

I was married in Feb 2014 and while applying for PR in May i have provided my wife's pre marriage passport which does not contain my name or surname. Though i have submitted the marriage certificate..

Will this pose any issue in my visa stamping ?

I was married in Feb 2014 and while applying for PR in May i have provided my wife's pre marriage passport which does not contain my name or surname. Though i have submitted the marriage certificate..

Will this pose any issue in my visa stamping ?

Most of the countries do not have this system of changing names after marriage for woman like Saudis, other ARabic plus European Countries,,, it's only Indian , Pakistanis, and other South Asian have this traditions and those mentioned earlier are also getting Visas for Principal Applicant and Spouse (Wife) Also so I believe there is no problem in it and I have seen one example with my consultant like that , where he due to urgency didn't recommend to his one of a client to go for name change and only attached Marriage Certificate with Attorney stamp and an AFfidavit.

Can anyone share the draft of job responsibilities for "0111". My application was returned with a reason "job responsibilities did not match with the lead statement".

I am planning to apply again under Express Entry.

This is not an issue since your wife's pre-marriage passport is a valid document.

Its more than 3 months since I am done with MR & my 3rd line was updated as well but I have not heard anything from LVO Huh

Last week I sent a CSE through their website and worst thing is that I did not received any auto response that LVO has received my enquiry?

Please advise, what could be the issue?
