I am surprised to see that one applicant forgot to mention his wife's canada tourist visa refusal but he still got per. It means CIC, Nova Scotia only checks the total points, job duties, all the forms duly filled and signed but they do not look for things such as misrepresentation or they don't cross check about a person's past travel history. This is very surprising because they have everything in their data base atleast about canada. It means checking for misrepresentation is the responsibility of visa office only?

Thank you for asking. I am in Europe now expecting my connection flight to to take off in a few hours and get me to Canada after the winter brake. I got 75 and 80 for two courses and waiting for the final grade from another professor. So far it is ok.

What else to say? I will do medical examination this week.

Guys this thing has been bothering me from the time I have sent docs for settlement funds to NDVO equivalent to $11,200 as I am already in Toronto.

Obviously, I am living on the same funds and trying my best to compensate back to maintain $11,200 in my account.

My decision is pending. If the amount falls short by a little from $11,200 and incase they verify my funds again, would it affect the decision on me ?

MY NOC IS 0121 AND AS PER HDFC BANK MY DD WAS ENCASHED ON 16 DECEMBER.
MY APPLICATION DATE IS 26 SEP 2014

I am the principal applicant, so I want to know if she will give points for the application with this scores.

As per the VO's activities and time taken by them, I am compelled to think that entire verification process of VO starts after medical request. Scenario might be different in previous years. Dear senior members,

I initially applied under FSW2013 but my application was returned to me since the NOC I applied under got capped. The package never reached me since delivery to a physical address in UAE is only possible with Courier but CIC uses normal post. The package is still with CIC. My original query about my package was replied in July 2014. I did not reply to that.

Then I applied again this year under FSW2014. My application reached CIC on 22nd Sept 2014 and my CC was charged on 10th December 2014.

Anyhow, I have three questions. Please help and advance thanks.

1. When my 1st application under FSW2013 was returned, did they issue any UCI number to me. BTW, I never got that number even if they issued.

2. If I ask CIC to return my FSW2013 application, is there a chance that by mistake they can send my current application (CC Charged) under FSW2014 back to me as well.

3. Am I under normal timelines for FSW2014 for PER issuance. It's been 25 days since CC charged.

1. UCI number is generated even if application is returned for CAPPED NOC
2. Give them the exact details of your earlier app, including date of receipt at their end and NOC code so that they do not send back latest app.

No, most likely they won't even check again unless their are some changes in your app..

If your funds falls short of 11200, it won't affect decision. But do maintain minimum balance required for you family to be on safer side...

Many members in forum replied back about verification done with their respective company's. Again that might vary case to case, if they want to check about documents with some of ur employers or all, etc, etc.. Not sure on how they check settlement funds.

If everything goes well, members get MR within a month of AOR, but see spreadsheet carefully, their are some members who have waited more than a month or still waiting for MR after AOR. So for some members it takes more time for verification to complete which delays MR for them. If NDVO have any doubts regarding your documents they ask you for further documents.

We received an email in mid Nov14 seeking Police Clearance Certificates, why name is changed at the time of marriage, salary certificates etc.. We replied/sent necessary documents and these are reached LVO on 15th Dec,2014. LVO email says please allow 4 months to review incoming correspondence.

Does it mean, our case is kept pending till April15?
Do you think something unusal check is going on.?
When we can expect our 2nd line update in ECAS for MR?

For example when I select my country of residence which is Qatar, it takes you to below link:-

For people residing in Qatar legally for more then one year and applying for Federal Skilled Workers (FSWP) category their case processing will be done at Abu Dhabi. Similarly people applying from Pakistan their FSWP application final processing will be done at Islamabad Visa office.

4 months is the max time they needed to review docs. So you can expect reply before that as well.. So be patient buddy.. Accordingly second line will be updated.

Nothing is unusual here, they have asked docs from some applicants again if they have any doubts.. If your docs are valid, so you are good, just RELAX..

I know its hard, but patience is key in your case.. ALL THE BEST.
