Please fill the fee payment form and attach a cover letter explaining the situation, cover letter should also contain the following info.
1, Your Name principal applicant
2, Date of birth
3, document courier details which also contain the signed by person name and date and time cic recieved.
4, your passport no. (better to attach the photocopies)
5, Family names and their passport details (better to attach the photocopies)
6, Details of lost credit card

Also email the same cover letter to them and ask them for advice.

Dear DHL do not delivery articles to CIC directly rather it uses the services of domestic courier service called Loomi Express. call DHL customer care and ask them to give you tracking id of Loomis express (they 'll give you) then check status on loomisexpress.com

dats correct desperado, i work with UPS and UPS delivers directly to CIC unlike DHL that transfers your document to Loomisexpress in canada which sort of add to delivery timelines.

SUPER URGENT SENIORS PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM 6th NOVEMBER 2014 APPLICANT. I GOT A CALL FROM MY BANK TODAY TO TELL ME THAT MY CREDIT CARD (WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE SAME CREDIT CARD I USED FOR THE FSW APPLICATION) IS BLOCKED DUE TO FRAUDULENT (theft) ACTIVITY. I expect that the CC WILL BE CHARGED ON FEBRYARY SINCE I AM 6th November applicant and i do NOT know what to do!!!!

CAN I INFORM CIC ABOUT THAT via an email AND SUPPLY THEM WITH A NEW CREDIT CARD VIA EMAIL ?
PLEASE BUDDIES ADVISE ME SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN TRIED AND PROVEN TO WORK AS I WILL SCREW MY ONLY CHANCE OF GETTING THE PER if it does not work!!!!!!

send cic new payment form with cover letter describing all details and also email them regarding blocking of ur cc and courier tracking number s of new payment form they will attach it with ur file do it as early as possible because i also did it and got reply from cic

Hey guys,

Hope you guys are doing fine. Just an update from my side which I thought I should give.

Just returned from Goa. Checked my email and saw that CIC had replied to my query dated 1st Nov on 24th Dec. The email says that my application was recd by them on 20th Oct (though my courier tracking says that application was recd by DAN on 2nd Sept). The email further says that my application is under initial processing.

I had honestly lost all hope for PER, as there has been no status on my application, but looking at this email, I am really happy, though effectively, my application is delayed by around 48 days.

Will get back to the forum in 2-3 days time.

That is bizarre, either courier company or CIC messed it up! It is possible that courier company messed it up because person signing signs only once for all packages so even if your package is left in the delivery van but it is unlikely to take 48 days to correct it for courier company. But happy for you! All the best.

Dear send them revised form (with new credit card details) with a covering letter mentioning all details and also email cic on this topic they will entertain this modification. My card was blocked due to RBI regulation and bank issued me new cc i adopted this procedure they attached new form with your file and will acknowledge the receipt of ur courier (containing fresh fee payment form) do it quickly

got the so-called PPR this afternoon.
actually, it's just a passport copy, photos and appendix A(personal info) request.
just for reference i will update it as PPR in SS.
