I have send my application on 22 Dec 2014 via DHL. The tracking shows that uptil now it clear some sort of custom in ON, Canada. The DHL helpline tells me that the delay is because of Chrismax but they can't say anything about CIC office whether they will be open or still on holiday this week. Do anyone know about there working days this week, only three days are remaining for FSW.

CIO will open after 2-hours and 15-minutes from now at the time of my post (now Indian time:04:15PM).
Because CIO Sydney NS,Canada time is 9.30-hours behind Indian time.

Yes brother. At worst case you will find on 1st January, it is stuck somewhere and then on that date, you will find it is delivered on 31st December.

Pls pray for me too. Got PER on 8th Oct 2014 and file started processing on 17th Nov 2014. But no sign of MR. I am sending PCC today even though PCC request has not come. Coz my PCC is of Aug 2014. Dont wanna let it expire.

If someone gets stuck at this stage, whts d avg time one shud expect MR?

do not send any document until unless requested by vo.....this is written in bold in PER email. so don't send it until they ask u....just wait some more. by the way why u obtained ur pcc so earlier?

I defer from your opinion, i think its more easy to get PCC from arab country than the home country, especially from Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, UAE.. I have stayed there in all these places and i never face any difficulty in obtaining PCC from all these places.

there are people who are facing real difficulties in getting pcc from Saudi, Kuwait and Iraq......and I didn't shared this info to make a conclusion that something is difficult or easy.......I just shared it so that it might be of help for someone.

Keep in touch with DHL Canada. Local DHL off are of no use.

they do have a third party vendor there in canada.

Make sure that ur appl delivered by 31 dec.

So you mean that adding my gf will delay the whole process and might lead to failure of my own case?

The reason why I hope to include her is that we want to have a baby in 2015 or in 2016. If she doesn't have PR, the medical expense will be a really huge amount. Any suggestion?

I just commented and placed my opinion on ur question.

yes it is true that it gona delay ur case a bit.....like say 2 to 3 months on avg.....can be greater or less.......but obviously not a rejected in any ways.

based on all the opinions u get and advices.........its better u take that decision which is backed my most of us and which suites ur life. I wish u success in ur plans and good luck.

2. If we send an enquiry or explaination to NDVO , how much time in general it takes to get a reply from there?
