i had too coz it was gonna take longer to get. Me n my husband both have 2nd passport which was issued on basis of 1st. thats y they didnt do police verification. when we requested for pcc they did police verification which took almost 2 months.

do not send any document until unless requested by vo.....this is written in bold in PER email. so don't send it until they ask u....just wait some more. by the way why u obtained ur pcc so earlier?

My US business visa was rejected for 2 times, I have not updated anywhere in the forms and my application was received on Nov-24 , Will
this create any problem in future, Worried about this.

Could be.

If they find it out, VO may convict you as misrepresenting. If they don't find it, you will get visa.

Again, after you get PR/Citizenship, if authority find it out, they may cancel your PR/Citizenship.

If you now inform them, they may doubt your whole application and would delay the processing - but I believe, VO won't be able to convict you misrepresenting. Or nothing could happened. Everything depends on the discretion of VO.

So you have to make your own decision. If I were you, I would send a apology letter and inform the true status - it would relieved me as long as I stay Canada.

Hi all

If we are not having proof of USA visa rejection then how we provide proof of rejection.

I had seen majority of the applicant had not mention USA visa rejection and most of the consultant not recommend to mention it in Application form.

So according to me not to worry if you had not mention your USA visa rejection as Canada Visa Officer have enough information with all possible reason of rejection.

Banks has to do some manual checking to confirm any dd encash, they r just being lazy. you are fine, trust me
