We received our medicals on 12/12/2014 we got our medical done on 17th dec. On 20th hospital staff gave a call to my husband that his xray has some complication so he has to go for further test(sputum).they said this recommendation is from delhi office but no mail came to me regarding further test.As sputum test is a time consuming process(65 days) .any idea how much delay will be there in my case.and what about the decision of other 3 members whose medicals are ok.
is anybody else faced this same problem if yes kindly give me ids of those.

I had got my medicals done on 12th November 2014 wherein there was a slight chest infection (cough patch) detected in my Chest X-ray. They uploaded my results and NDVO got back to me after a week and has asked me to do further additional tests to rule out TB.

I have to go 3 consecutive days to the DMP and give my spit samples, which will be incubated for 6-8 weeks.

After that I will have to get a repeat Chest X-ray done 3 months from first MR Test (February 2015)

All these results will be reviewed by a pulmonologist or respiratory physician in February 2015 to rule out TB.

So, in short, my PPR is delayed atleast until February 2015

Are you done with your Sputum tests?

We got to know our Medicals Results from Hospital Doctor 18th Dec and My Spouse and My Son Medicals are all fine and clear, but for PA thats Me they found some abnormality in the X Ray and they have already uploaded the same results to CHC on18th itself and as per the Doctor CHC might come back with Remedicals Request and so we consulted the same Doctor and she informed for sure that CHC will request for Remedicals and since the doctor is aware what tests to be done she asked us to start the tests immediately as it would take 6 Weeks for them to give the results and due to this we would save lot of time and we have already started test from 19th and we might get results by 30th Jan 2015 and as per Preliminary Results Nothing is Detected(Negative) now how will affect our PR Process as i am really Worried and Usually how long would it take for CHC to send Remedical Request

my current employer suspends its activity and i am going to inform VO about this issue (waiting for MR), but I still in process of searching for my new employment which I hopefully finish by the end of the January. Do I have to inform VO about my current recruitment process or only about the issue that current my employer suspends its activity??

Yes brother, it is your change of employment status. Current status is Unemployed and this status won't affect your decision by VO at all. Try to give current contact address of your current employer so that VO can contact them if required.

I have send my application on 22 Dec 2014 via DHL. The tracking shows that uptil now it clear some sort of custom in ON, Canada. The DHL helpline tells me that the delay is because of Chrismax but they can't say anything about CIC office whether they will be open or still on holiday this week. Do anyone know about there working days this week, only three days are remaining for FSW.

Re: US Visa Refusal not mentioned

I was in a similar situation. Realized just after MR & PPR1 requests that I did an honest mistake on 6d of schedule A. I wrote them of the mistake with the subject marked as "Urgent" and got the reply after 4-5 days. They requested me to submit updated Schedule A and thanked me for updating them on this. I am done with my medicals and now third line is also updated on ECAS (18th dec). Going forward, although I know that I have rectified the mistake and given a life line by Visa office but I am not sure when will I get PPR2. However, I am expecting a delay in that now.

Can anyone share some thought on PPR2 wrt my case?

I had done the same mistake. After I received my MR, I drafted an apologetic cover letter, alongwith revised background form, photocopies of US visa rejection letters and sent it to my Visa office in New Delhi via courier.
Generally after your Medicals, your local VO does criminality check, wherein 1 of their checks includes verifying your information with the US immigration database too (generally for asylum, deportation etc.) but your student and tourist visa rejection will definitely crop up there.

Although, that's not a base to jeopardize your Canadian PR, but they might reject your case based on misrepresentation...now...after you get a PR and land in canada..or maybe even after you acquire a Canadian citizenship...you never know..quite uncertain situation to be in....

Hence, I suggest you send your local VO all these docs by courier. Declaring this now won't affect your PR application for sure..a 100% positive on that!!
