I read this somewhere on Net ,I hope it will help u

"After the file has been transferred, it waits in the queue to be reviewed by Visa Officer. A Visa Officer will review your file and will determine the eligibility of your application for further processing. IF the visa officer decides that everything that you have provided is genuine and inline with what is required, he/she will put your file in actual “process”. You will see a new line added in your ecas as “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy”. Your status will remain “In Process”. The worse scenario is that Visa Officer will overrule the previous PER decision and may reject the application before starting the process, in this case, you will see “Decision Made” in your ecas.

I again snt my application for noc 1111 and my application reached der on 1st Dec but I have no idea that 554 applications accepted till which month???

Dear seniors, I have logged in again after a month. Actually I was disappointed that just after sending my App back in 9th October the caps were already filled to 1000 in November 4th week itself, so I thought that its all over and I was waiting for my package to be returned :(

But, I logged in again today after a Month's gap and see a totally different table in the CIC site. I dont know does it mean that something positive for me or not but to be in a clear understanding I need all the help of all the seniors.

They say that they have processed 836 apps till now and yet to process 169 apps. My question is there anyone in 2171, whose CC got charged or whats the recent charge date for apps on 2171??

Regards,
Shahid

The Express Entry scheme is based on different point system(In FSW you need 67 out of 100. But in EE You need Maximum point out of 1200)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/criteria-crs.asp

Don't compare FSW2014 with EE

+1 for good advice.

Dear All,

What should I prepare if I am getting married after PER?

Since my GF could not prepare all the documents required as a spouse of mine, we had no other choices but to put off the wedding and I myself applied for FSW2014 as "single" marital status,

Now I have received PER and my GF have finished collecting her documents, what is the next step?

Thanks!

Please raise a CSE to your visa office with all documentary evidence of
your new status.
Your spouse will be added accordingly after paying the requested fees.
Good luck.

how did you know that your VO is cairo not ottawa??
if cairo it is closed due to security reasons
In this case he will get a reply saying that he should communicate with the VO xxxxx.

Dear KSA,

Thanks for your speedy reply ;D

Do we have to include "love story" in our application to convince the VOs that we are in a true relationship?

Thanks!

my advice is DONT marry now if u can.....do it after u get ur PR. it sounds crazy but this is fool proof shortcut. u can keep ur wife with u on temporary visa and can get her processed easily while living with u there.

the other thing is.......if u get married, which I highly doubt u will :D , after per when vo asks to submit updated background declaration, send the updated form but don't sent ur gf docs with that, ur vo will ask u to submit what they need. so wait after sending it, they will contact u again to submit what docs they need for ur gf. then they will do the processing again for ur gf.....background checks, criminality checks and all other things..........wasting around 3 months on average.....then u will get ur family medicals. u will be asked to submit additional immigration fees and then they will ask for rprf and there u go.

if u get ur mr+rprf with in 6 months of applying.....that is 6 months from sep 19 which will be march 19 2015......then they wont ask u to submit pcc........but if it crosses 6 months time then they can ask u to submit a fresh pcc.

Hi,

I am staying in bangalore for last 5 years and I am planning to take PCC from my native place as the Passport address is same as the native address.

Is it okay to take PCC from my native since I am staying in a different place (Bangalore) for the last few years. Is it acceptable.

Thanks,
Rahul
