I heard from one of my friend that once we get PR under FSW, we need to go through some or other paid courses before starting job in Canada.

I can understand this can be true for professions like teacher, lawyer, etc.

But is true for software engineers as well? PLEASE RESPOND

Hello my brother, I am sure you must have got PER. I would suggest email CIC, Sydney and your local visa office. Same happened with me . . . and I emailed both offices, to which they replied that your file is transferred to local visa office. . . . .

I am September 9th applicant my cc encashed on 25th November.. But still I haven't recevied per.. I have seen in this forum that Oct applicant received per for the same noc 4011..
I have applied through a Canadian Lawyer.. In that case whether will i receive the per information mail directly or will I get it through my Canadian consultant.. The delay in per making me more worried..

That is indeed scary. Would you or anyone knows what are the hot categories as at now (minus those already cap and no longer accepting) so that we have a "feel" on where we are?

As you can observe as per latest update on this page (on 16th December), total of only 16109 applications [11,544(accepted) +4,565 (pending review)=16109] are with CIO. So, it is really difficult that rest of the 8891-applications will be counted only with in a period of two months. Whereas in total of around 5-6-months only 16109-application are received. So, it seems that there was an average rate of receipt was roughly 3000-applications per month. Whereas the rate of receipt of applications at CIO is declined in November and December, if we consider that the numbers entered in the excel sheet of this forum are representative of the show happening at CIO so maximum of applications that will be received in the month of November, and December hopefully will not be more then 5000-applications. Moreover our NOC-0113 has received only a total of 227+178 = 405-applications. Therefore our applications would have been opened prior to filling up of the CAP.

I sent my file on 1st August and PER was received on 25th november, Visa office NDVO.

But I travelled to Australia for 20 days i.e. from 20th August to 10th Sept .

Should I inform NDVO about this travel ?
and how to inform them?
Plz suggest ...

I Am 14 MAy 2014 Applicant NOC 2174 Visa office New delhi ....MEdical recieved 4 nov 2014 ....wating for PPR ....(approx 1.5 month done)now question is ...i have a kid ..and admissions are going for pre nursery nursery classes .. should i go for admission for my kid aur wating for PPR process realy confusing

Please contact your consultant, through whom you have applied. Your PER will be sent to him/her. In this forum, I have seen 3 persons so far who did not get PER mail (may be internet server error or some other technical error occurred), BUT THEY GOT AOR or Even MR!

Guys..i have query
For PCC verification,on my passport my spouse name is mentioned but on my wife passport my name is not mentioned as her passport is valid for next 3 years.
Kindly suggest whether we need to make new passport for my wife with spouse details..
