Dear friends,
I need your urgent help.
My application was delivered on 30th July, but my CC has not been charged yet Sad
This is while even applicants who sent their applications after me have been charged and many of them have received their PER and AOR.
Also, I have not received any updates or emails from CIO informing me of approval or rejection of my application.Is there any body who has the same experience or does anybody have any information about this issue?

I am almost sure that my application met all eligibility criteria as my colleagues with whom I completed the application under the same NOC and at the same time have received their PER.
Could this be because I used a friend's Credit Card details in the fee payment form?
what are the reasons for not charging a Credit card 130 days after the application is received?

your soonest reply would be appreciated.

Noc 5126, I sent an email one months ago ,still no answer, I tried to call them but always itbis on an automatic operator which asks for file number

NOC: 5126 ??? or 5125???
Please check what did you mention on envelop either 5126 or 5125 as I checked NOC : 5126 is not in occupation list of FSW

HELLO FRIENDS I TALKED TO THE CIC AGENT FEW DAYS BACK....AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY FILE IS RECEIVED ON 23 SEP...
IS THAT MEANS THAT I PASSED THE COMPLETENESS CHECK....

It simply means that your file was acknowledged by the staff of CIC on that very date.

I think, you should inform ur local VO about visa refusal thro email with apology. Wait for others comments also.

everybody is busy in answering the questions raised by one who already cleared all hurdles n about to land bt nobody freaking cares for the questions raised by someone who yet to clear first step ie per..we have to write our questions again n again..using colours..still we get no reply.. :-[

Congrats man..

it is nt mandatory to send thro VFS. you may opt any courier service bt it is best to go thro VFS bcoz VFS will inform you when it will get ur PP frm VO although it will charge small amount otherwise If u send it thro courier, VO will send it back thro regular mail. I think it is nt possible to deliver personally. All the best for ur future.

I havent exact info abt this mistake. I had read previously if u havent mentioned abt visa refusal the only way you have after getting p.e.r. is to inform ur VO abt ur US visa refusal asap with all ur contact info.
