I got PER on 23rd december...

I got promotion in my company... So my question is should i inform NDVO regarding this?

If i inform, is it affect my normal process of my file progress?

Dear friends,
I need your urgent help.
My application was delivered on 30th July, but my CC has not been charged yet Sad
This is while even applicants who sent their applications after me have been charged and many of them have received their PER and AOR.
Also, I have not received any updates or emails from CIO informing me of approval or rejection of my application.Is there any body who has the same experience or does anybody have any information about this issue?

I am almost sure that my application met all eligibility criteria as my colleagues with whom I completed the application under the same NOC and at the same time have received their PER.
Could this be because I used a friend's Credit Card details in the fee payment form?
what are the reasons for not charging a Credit card 130 days after the application is received?

your soonest reply would be appreciated.

Noc 5126, I sent an email one months ago ,still no answer, I tried to call them but always itbis on an automatic operator which asks for file number

one more point i forgot to mention is that be prepared for the Express Entry as well... collect all the docs ECA and IELTS which require time if you dont have a copy of them with you ....along with other set of docs required.

So NDVO is working today so its not holiday there i guess

You should inform NDVO, it won't delay file processing since it is s small issue.

Send another mail again to CIO sydney .. we cant predict the reason as they act lil random at times so sit back and be patient ... if you are sure u filled all the information right and send the work exp CC details along with ur friends name in fee forms it should not be an issue .. the delay might also be that they are working on HOT nocs first and then coming to you which is again a guess from my side. .... the truth is i am trying to console and convince you so that you wait for some more time .. cause what i believe is its not OVER UNTIL ITS REALLY OVER cheer up send out email and follow up .. check your email ask your friend whether he received any update any rejected transaction message or something .. call CIC find out the same over phone etc etc

How much time it would take for passport in tatkal and in normal time frame? India

Depends on the state PSK in India. With Hyd you can get a passport in one Week under tatkal and 20-30 days under normal process

yes i do agree with suhits.. in Bangalore its 3 to 5 days for tatkal and 15 to 25 days for normal.

Sure I will do it , although I dont know is there any chance for my noc in the express entry or not.

Processing started on 2nd september 2014.

When NDVO will provide MR for the same????????
Application received on 6th May 2014.

We r in same boat bro.....but will definitely achieve our goal......so dont worry....
i m also 7th may applicant......processing started on 12 september..waiting for MR......

PER on 12 Dec , when can i expect MR and PCC request from NDVO


Shall I apply for PCC now, before MR or PCC request


I will get the PCC in a week, after applying

I would suggest you take yu PCC now. Dont wait for another week as the PCC is valid for an year and you will not loose any time after the MR request from NDVO.

The MR and PCC notification usualy takes 30-40 days after the PER. So between 10th Jan to 20Jan you should get a notification.

I think, you should inform ur local VO about visa refusal thro email with apology. Wait for others comments also.
