If the regular treatment is not expensive, it should not be issue. The following post suggest Sickle Cell Anemia is medically admissible disease according to Federal court's decision. ;D ;D

Hey everyone,

I received my PER on Dec 23rd, and was just curious if anyone can answer "what happens next"?

Will I receive an email when it arrives in my visa office and they start processing it, or do I have to keep checking ECAS to know?

A small variation in the above process may occur depending on the working style of different Visa Offices

only transferable diseases matter plus if you need immediate medical care... so that you can't become dependent upon them for medical care.. rest all ok to the best of my knowledge.

Well,that's true but maybe some seniors can shed some insight on the pattern ?

Just now, did another analysis on the Excel sheet present on this forum.

What i have noted that out of 4888-applicants in the Excel sheet of this forum only 46-applications were rejected/returned.

So, it seems to be more then 99% success rate.

What do we assume from above that this is because of the blessings of this forum's free and sincere consultancy services OR those unfortunate applicants whose applications got rejected or returned got became so disappointed that they never returned back to this forum and did not update the Excel sheet!

Can anyone shed light on above numbers.

I guess if you consider only the top NOCs like 2174, 2173, 1112 etc, the return due to cap got to be more than 46. Most of the rejected applicants don't bother updating due to disappointing and demoralizing news.
