If the background verification as you mentioned exploring your job duties and inquiring the same in depth, then it could be the single one factor towards rejection. Sorry I want to be positive but the above is true as well.

You can raise CSE to know your status. Nothing wrong in doing it.

Cover letter is not part of required documents. Did u mention ur NOC code on envelope? If yes, then u r fine.

Yes i wrote correct NOC code every where except cover letter.

Just now, did another analysis on the Excel sheet present on this forum.

What i have noted that out of 4888-applicants in the Excel sheet of this forum only 46-applications were rejected/returned.

So, it seems to be more then 99% success rate.

What do we assume from above that this is because of the blessings of this forum's free and sincere consultancy services OR those unfortunate applicants whose applications got rejected or returned got became so disappointed that they never returned back to this forum and did not update the Excel sheet!

Can anyone shed light on above numbers.

Individually no. But if everybody start raising CSE, then officers have to spent time on responding query then processing. In this sense, overall processing will be delayed. CIC generally discourage sending query unless processing time limit is exceeded (22 months for NDVO ).

I received my PER on Dec 23rd, and was just curious if anyone can answer "what happens next"?

Will I receive an email when it arrives in my visa office and they start processing it, or do I have to keep checking ECAS to know?

I just went to Fedex (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) to send my Passport to my Visa Office and they told me that they are not allowed to send passports. Please advise what are my options?
