Iam May 08 applicant. Ecas says In process. How many may 08 applicants got Decision made and ppr. My Noc is 2132. When can I expect my ppr. Please experts give suggestions. My vo is NDVO

My wife is primary applicant

I received my PER on 23rd dec

Her passport expires in November 2015.
She has her before marriage name in passport.

Can I change her name and attached my name behind her name?

Many people are asking about when will I get PER, when ecas will be active after CC and so on so...

For those here is the answer....
It depends again on many factors, mainly how CIO is dealing with them.

For example till mid-august applications, they charged cc and ECAS was updated just 2-3 days before PER. That means after CC they did not touch the files for 2 weeks. (My cc was charged on 16th Nov, ECAS was active from 29-Nov, PER 2-Dec)

After that from early Sept, they charged CC very fast, all the Sept CC were charged in the span of 1-2 weeks. And their Ecas was active for 2-3 weeks (some cases even a month) before PER received.

So, the actual procedure is, CC will be charged first after completion check, then someone will enter ur file detail to compute system (by scanning the bar code generated) and keep it for review by office. Now, it depends on the officer, number of files already waiting for review and complication of ur file.

The PER email can be delayed if one officer is not satisfied with something. If so, he cannot directly issue NER, he has to send it to another officer to confirm if it is NER, the other officer (superior) will issue either PER or NER.

DD encashed: 26th November as per PER mail

Some observations from our application: my husband is the principal applicant & he has done B.Tech civil from distance education.
I don't have a birth certificate, so we submitted a self affidavit and 10th class certificate with my father's name on it.
I had some silly doubts which made my life hell from the day we sent our application, but this forum has been so helpful in clearing all those and keeping hopes alive. Thank you every one. I hope we sail through the rest of the process also with your in ending support.

My timeline is as per below:
NOC: 2173
App filed: 5th may 2014
App reached: 14th may 2014
PER: 2nd sept 2014
Med req: 15th oct 2014
Med done: 3rd nov 2014
Med received: 24th nov 2014

As per this when can i expect ppr?? ???

Guys,

I do have an urgent question; my brother took his ILTES exam early December and he will be receiving his results on December 28th. However, if he mail the documents on the 28th from our country it will not reach CIC before the 31st. Is there anything else could be done?
I was thinking of asking him to mail the complete signed documents to me in Canada and I will mail it from here including scanned copy of his ILTES results along with explanation letter, do you think this will work?

Incomplete application will be rejected af 1st step. Try finding someone traveling to Canada on that day & send courier right away. Contact family/friends/social networking/travel agents to check any option.. Good Luck..

You can expect it by January. As NDVO is yet to issue enough number of PPR in relation to number of applicants are waiting after MR, so a reliable forecasting is tough.
