Hello guys i hve one confusion.. pls if anyone can answer my query!!
How does NVDO issues ppr?? Whether its based on medical recieved date???
My timeline is as per below:
NOC: 2173
App filed: 5th may 2014
App reached: 14th may 2014
PER: 2nd sept 2014
Med req: 15th oct 2014
Med done: 3rd nov 2014
Med received: 24th nov 2014

As per this when can i expect ppr?? ???

i am consider NDVO OFFICE FOR MY POINT OF VIEW

they issue PPR normaly in bulk or group after MEDICAL and RPRF payment is clear on perticular interval.

if you paid RPRF online then is take some to clear, visa officer issue PR only after RPRF and medical clear

if you paid by DD then current time frame show it clear within week one or two.

thats why some people get PPR early

BY THE WAY I PAID BY ONLINE I AM ALSO WAITING FOR PPR...

this is my point of if anyone want to say anything then welcome....

Tomorrow i planned to send my application, In my birth certificate my father/ mother both are spelling mistake.
My name was correct as per documents. In situation can i do ?
Do i attach the birth certificate along with explanation letter ?
or I i will attach School transfer certificate as a alternate for bc ??

MR is received generally 45-60 days after PER (in case of NDVO) rest are quicker.
U need Medical form along with the request from Local VO for medical. Dun worry this thing u will get along with the MR mail.
Document needed for Medical is your Passport and its copy. I think it is mandatory however u can contact the Doctor mentioned in the list by CIC (of ur area ofcourse) for more info bt passport according to me is necessary along with 3 photographs if the medical facility u visit is nt having emedical service.

Incomplete application will be rejected af 1st step. Try finding someone traveling to Canada on that day & send courier right away. Contact family/friends/social networking/travel agents to check any option.. Good Luck..

You must send BC along with your application, if any spelling mistake in BC just send an affidavit with it

I do have an urgent question; my brother took his ILTES exam early December and he will be receiving his results on December 28th. However, if he mail the documents on the 28th from our country it will not reach CIC before the 31st. Is there anything else could be done?
I was thinking of asking him to mail the complete signed documents to me in Canada and I will mail it from here including scanned copy of his ILTES results along with explanation letter, do you think this will work?

If you want to apply under 2014 you have to take a risk. First send the application without IELTS. And later send IELTS as addendum to original application.

If you do not want to take risk then forget about 2014 and prepare for Express Entry 2015

There is one thing you can do. Ask your brother to send complete documents to you now and then on 28th ask your brother to find a direct flight to Canada and then handover IELTS TRF to any passenger on that flight. Passengers will not mind to carry a piece of paper to Canada. In this way you can get IELTS TRF with you. What is your country?
