Yes you are right....We never know the working style of CHC...

in my case i have updated employment details during MR and RPRF stage...
My new company receive verification call in Abu Dhabi from NDVO after MR receipt & approval...

So don't hide anything....

friends,
I would like to know following information. I see it is 1year validity of visa before which we have to land in dream land.
further more i have following queries.
1. My wife is applicant and i am co applicant and both of us are working. we have to apply my wife as applicant to qualify. This is why we applied on NOC 2132.
Now once the visa is granted both of us have to travel for first time to get the PR card and other formalities to be finished right.
The plan is i wanted to stay back and search for jobs and my wife will return back to India to continue supporting me until i get a job there and settle down with reasonable finance to bring the family.
1. To work out this plan the applicant can return and co applicant can search for job and work right?
2. If that is ok, then how long the applicant has to stay in canada before returning.
3. what are the formalities to be completed before applicant return back. How long this will take to complete.
4. I have children, they also can return back along with my wife until i settle in canada they can join me..what formalities to be completed for children.
5. From the children's point of view of their academics, what is the good time the children to be brought to canada to start their academics..
Experts or the people who are already living can advise all of them,,,so that i can chart out a plan for moving.

They say its 6 months, However i had got my PCC done on Sep'13 and sent the same to CIC at the time of application and received my medicals on 1st Dec'14 and i dint see any PCC Request again from them CHC

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF PCC IN INDIA??

If you don't get MR form in 48 hours/2 days as mentioned in the mail, then only please reply to the same mail stating you have not got any mail related to MR. If it's still not 48 hours, then please wait.

Hi Experts,
first of all thanks for the help u have been giving to the forum.
I have a worry if you can shed some light on it... I am staying in saudi and my visa office is london... got everything from per to mr on time... i did my meds on 22nd november but it was uploaded on 29th nov confirmed by the doc... i had two other families done meds same day with me and their 3rd line is updated but mine is not yet... 5 days back i called my consultant and asked him if he had sent my online RPRF paid reciept of no? so he said he has but i can send again... i assume he had not sent a physical copy so i couriered RPRF and meds receipts. Got a confirmation from UPS it reached yesterday in the afternoon.
One more thing i got the copy of my meds result from the nurse who uploads them...she assured me the results were perfect with "A Group Classification"... I have the copy of the results and all is normal...
Do you think there is some problem that my 3rd line is still not updated??? tooo worried

Is there anybody from london VO in a similar situation.... a single word of help will get the worry off my head to a great extent

Hi All,

I have come across weird issue. I applied for FSW 2014 under 1123, and I checked my file status using old UCI no. and found that the file is in process. However, my immigration agent have not received any email yet.

I have a friend who applied under same category one month after me and he received PER email last night. I again contacted my immigration agent and still he said that he have not received any email from CIC.

Can someone please shed light on this issue?

These are 2 different things
Remember this, PER's are not necessarily issued in sequence, so your application would take its own time....
Secondly,
Since you are saying your ecas shows "In Process"
Make sure your CC/DD is charged...
For CC
you can check SMS or Credit card statement
For DD
you need to contact your bank to see if its encashed
If you see that they are charged then
Check your email (Spam/Trash) folder to see if you have received PER

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.


So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).


Thanks to all of the forum members........Please receive my sincere gratitude for supporting me through out this painful time... . I am really grateful to all of you.

Thank you for your message bro. I used DD as a payment option, I went to bank yesterday and asked them if the DD has encashed, they refused to provide me the information initially. However, we I requested them few times they said they will check with the backend processing team and update me. I am thinking to visit bank next week as we are off for next 4 days. I am going to call CIC tonight if they can help me out with the current situation or if they made typo while sending me an email (I know it sounds silly but they are humans as well.. lol)

If one has provided accurate and genuine information, then no need to worry. One can relax for further process.
