Hi all,

I am a new member and I request feedback inputs from the experts on this forum.
I have filed my PR application under NOC 1111 - status application delivered on the 17th of Dec at the Nova Scotia office on 11.02 am (received by someone named D.MARTELL).

The update on the CIC website states 'Application Counted' as 554 and 'Pending Application' as 377.
Is there a probability that my application would get place in cap.
Hope it get counted before the cap is reached.

Please share your experince

Christmas Break:-


Just Got to know ( In General not confirmed by any CIC communication) Most of the office staff is on leaves starting aftenoon 23rd untill 04 Jan and will resume work on 05 Jan 2015.

So guessing that whatever communication we will get before wednesday should be the last one for this year and should enjoy christmas adn new year and recheck ECAS etc after 04 Jan 2015.

I dont think Local visa officer ( Who are also foreign nationals ) would be giving any decisions on PER/MR/PPR/Stamping etc during these break season.

Sharing so that we all should not start presuming no major updates during this period on forum as well.

As I have mentioned that I have taken average of each column's available data.

Which means that 292-days is the not the days of one candidate, but it is sum of the averages of each column or each stage average days.

Therefore it is a statistical figure which informs that at the moment an applicant will be able to get the visa within or around 292-days, according to the averages days available for each stage in the Spreadsheet. Of course some of the applicants are entering fake data and that might also contribute to certain level of inaccuracy in calculation. But that factor of inaccuracy I have tried to avoid by converting their data to standard average day of the column so that their fake data might not impact the overall accuracy level of the statistical summary I have submitted.

And again just is an indication with only a certain level of accuracy, and not necessarily will always be the case everyone, but could be used as a benchmark for your decision making process.

Days since fsw 2014 has started on May 1st, 2014, which is less than 240 days. How come dates to visa issued is 292? Can you please check your stats......

iT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY (ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE) that ur application will be within the cap. u should've gone for EXPRESS ENTRY-2015.

Hi bro...!!
nothing yet...but i know a guy whose ECAS changed to Decision made last week..hes 1 May applicant. I am checking my mail thousand times a day..refreshing ECAS as well. Things will happen when they are supposed to happen. There is no process @NDVO. They just pick the file they get their hand on and start working.. also NDVO has largest number of files, so just have to wait...

Good thing you are done with medicals. If by January, i have not receive mr, i might br checking ecas every hour. ;D
