As I have mentioned that I have taken average of each column's available data.
Which means that 292-days is the not the days of one candidate, but it is sum of the averages of each column or each stage average days.
Therefore it is a statistical figure which informs that at the moment an applicant will be able to get the visa within or around 292-days, according to the averages days available for each stage in the Spreadsheet. Of course some of the applicants are entering fake data and that might also contribute to certain level of inaccuracy in calculation. But that factor of inaccuracy I have tried to avoid by converting their data to standard average day of the column so that their fake data might not impact the overall accuracy level of the statistical summary I have submitted.
And again just is an indication with only a certain level of accuracy, and not necessarily will always be the case everyone, but could be used as a benchmark for your decision making process.
