My medicals got completed on 11/08 and it was updated on 11/13 itself ... and submitted all my docs to NDVO on 12/02 due to delay in my PCC so when can i expect the PPR mail .. any suggestion on tentative dates would be greatly appreicated....

only RPRF, i submitted PCC with the application.

I really need help. I am 14th may applicant and I got NER after my DD encashment stating " 3years undergraduate study". I haven't got my documents back yet.

I have checked lots of forums regarding this and in one site, I have found if our 3 yrs bachelor degree is in first division then we can get it as diploma 3 years instead of 3 years undergraduate study.

I wrote to WES and they replied me that they will check my case and come back to me. Today I got the revised document from wes stating "diploma 3 years".

According to points calculator, now I can claim 21 points. I have UCI number as well. Could you please suggest me what should be my next step.
Should I reply back to CIC with my revised wes report or it is better to apply for coming ExpressEntry. Your help really means a lot for me. Thanks

I think you should write to CIC. mention your UCI number and send them a letter and followup with an email.

it may or may not work, but you have nothing to lose by sending the note

Please take up the case with CIC through email and send a letter through courier . Please enclose WES letter .They will have a re look at your file which is with them(as in case of NER ,file is not returned) and decide accordingly.Best of luck.

someone mentioned earlier in the forum, that after receiving NER, which was not fairly decided, wrote an explanation letter, stating what was wrong with the file, and what should have been done. write your personal info and UCI, state the facts and and send it to the fax number "for change of address only", which you have received in your NER mail. keep it on one page and be precise! this is what i would do. cio also makes mistakes! good luck!

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

I have applied in Cap 0113 but I have not received any update from CIC Sydney yet since 13th August 2014 to till date. I would like to know my status of application. Also I want to know the expected time for encashment of my CC.

Is there any way to contact Nova Scotia Sydney Canada?...my application was received by their office on 4th September 2014 and since than i haven't anything from them...please guide me.....

A last thing I need to know before sending my application. There is an instruction to mention your NOC category as well as NOC code on your envelope. What does they mean from NOC Category? Does it mean broader categories like Health Occupations, Management Occupations etc or something else?

Really not sure what is the exact procedure. Do I need to keep check the status online?

I used to check ecas status in the morning and in the evening. Now even at lunchtime, i'm checking it. Haha. PR app is indeed a waiting game. Keeping the hope that they 'll give us good news before Christmas. God bless everyone.
