Hi everyone,
I've finally landed yesterday at Vancouver airport! :)
I guess I'm lucky that there were no queues at all: not a single immigrant in the hall for new immigrants, just the officers.
My flight arrived at 2:40pm and I've left the airport building at 3:50pm. I think the longest procedure was to wait for my luggage :)

The first officer I've met asked only if I have been to any Ebola-affected countries recently or had contact with Ebola patients. The officer at the new immigrants section asked the formal questions about my marital status, my height, if I had any criminal convictions, if I have any dependants and if I've ever been to Canada before. He also prepared a currency declaration form and stamped my B4 forms that list the goods I'm bringing. He actually was surprised to see that I had the B4 forms ready :)
Another person there gave me a book and some booklets for new immigrants, asked for my email to send some additional links and explained the further steps I need to take.
Overall, it was a nice experience.

One more thing: after I've got my visa and before the landing, I had a possibly material change to my medical status. Nothing really serious, but it requires additional medical attention in future. Just 1 week before the landing I've learned that according to the law, immigrants have to notify CIC if this happens before landing, even though visa office does not warn about it. It's probably kind of a gray area, but it can be grounds for misrepresentation charges if CIC is not notified before landing, and I didn't want to risk.
Officers in Kyiv office were really kind and helpful to arrange their communication with a medical office in time, to clarify if I have to cancel my trip and do further investigations or if I can land. In my case it turned out to be a minor thing and they told me I can land :)

This probably concludes my status updates,
I wish good luck to you all! :)
Congratulation +1

if it is one idk may be they will ask to show the stipulated amount( 10% chance)
if it is fsw 2 your application would return for not having an lmo for the job

Baby is from new marriage. So what should I do? What is your final opinion.
Don't disclose anything. Just let things happen as it is happening now. It's too late to make any serious changes. Don't make another mistake.

Dear friends,urgent pls

I'm filling my fswp application form.just taking a chance.my wife doesn't want to live there due to some personal issues.
Do I still need to fill dependent form...and pay fees for her? For sure she is not going to settle there.

Thanks a lot in advance

One inland applicant with a WP has reported his file passing the CIO stage with no POF. CPC-O later requested it anyway. So, yes, it's obligatory for everyone.
Usually people from Cuba do not send a POF document. We usually use an empty bank account and at a later stage we are asked by the VO to transfer the funds.

my questions are...do you have all other documents ready? ECA, work references etc etc? I asked because you have 10days for them to receive your docs before the year runs out so as to meet the 31st deadline for fswp 2014( I think so)....under which NOC?...now how much money are you short of, because that depends...all you need is making sure the amount is "equal to" or "greater than" what they need. then go to your bank and obtain a print out page that consist of your name, address, date acct was opened and TOTAL ACCT BALANCE...that's all you need bro!!!

I hope these helps!!!

Thank you everybody for the prompt response! I am prepared to show them the proof of funds, if it is mandatory in my case.

Also, would it result in a rejection if the funds are little short of the amount mentioned?

your wife is considered as a spouse(legal)...hence all her info should be filled and also RPRF and other fees must be paid bro....but wait a minute, lets put it like this..PR process is a long period of time from beginning to landing, what if she changes her mind? lol

PER PER PER PER PER

dated dec 19 @ 4:59pm noc 0113

happy, relief, excieted, thankful....

sorry if unable to reply due to internet connection.
will update ss once i can get connection in my netbook since i bookmark the entry to ss there.

UPDATED SS, my internet connection a bit normal today.

thank you for all the +1 and congratulations!

fellow noc 0113 (and to all waiting for per), i hope you have recieve you per if not just wait and your turn will come.

can i asked, as i only tried ecas today and it keep saying cannot recognize, though i read this is normal, may i know how long my ecas should be updated? also, in the name bar do you include middle name? or just the way youur name was written i per? i did several combination but still cannot log in.

btw, for those asking signatory of my per is case processing agent. im not familiar with organizational chart of cio but does this conform that noc 0xxx are handle by higher poosition?

also, i sent addendum(wes revised report) it was received on oct 31, so i guess in a way im lucky that it arrived just in time for completeness check.

please comment on ecas log in. thanks

- You have to include her as a dependent in your Application Forms and fill all the relevant Forms, provide supporting documents
- you can show her 'Non accompanying' (provide a reason in 'Gen. Appln Form') so you don't need to pay for her processing fees

Just few question
Thanks a lot.if non accompany still I have to pay cad 550 for her.as I read somewhere
Accompany/non acc still she will receive medicals etc.
2.what documents do I need to provide if dependent form is supplied ?
3.i have applied already in different noc.i disclosed I'm married but didn't provide dependent form.after fees been charged no reply since 1 month.so feels like app stuck somewhere.and now trying to apply under different noc.so just taking chance without any single mistake this time

im able to log in my ecas, surname bar just input surmane/family name.

it shows 1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 4, 2014.

per received dec 19
