Hi everyone,

The birth certificate is not in english , so I made it's translated from the translator in to english. Now I got the following documents :

1) Birth certificate copy ( In my Native language )needs to be notarized
2) Translation of Birth certification in english ( stamped and signed by the translator)in original
3) Affidavit given by the translator ( stamped and signed by the translator )in original

Now, for the above mentioned documents , Do I need to make any attestations like from a court or lawyer or my embassy or notary ?

Please advice for all the above three documents , if attestation is required ,

My first application which is already reached at CIO on 13th December might generate 66-points or 67-points.

I want to send additional IELTS copy to CIO to be attached with my application already received in CIO on 13th Dec. What do you think that two IETLS with one application will not cause any problem. And the CIO officers will choose the IETLS that will generate the higher points for me??

Please advise urgently?

just received a phone call from my bank
my DD has been encashed on 18 December.

here below is my time line:

App received on 29 September
Noc: 2133

notes:
1- in my pre-assessment I hardly completed 67 points.
2- I applied via Canadian consultant.

waiting with hope for the PER

Yes you should get it attested by Notary Public if it is translated. And translator should also submit an oath/undertaking and that shoud be also attested by Notary public as per CIC official instructions.

Do you have any good reason for saying that?

I think his intention was to increase readability of the text. Because when all the letters are bold the level of readability decreases. May be this could be the reason for this advice.

Chances of rejection are there is there is any false or fake or forged information detected. Read Fraud Detection Official Manual of CIC.

Otherwise if all of your documents are genuine it will rarely happen that they will reject you.

Dear friends

Kindly share you inputs based on experience that after Per how much time it takes to get a landing visa. In addition what are the probable chanches of rejection after per is received ?

HI All,

Can any one please give some clarity on 16th Dec CAP update on CIC site.

1. MI review pending and completeness check done applications contains completeness till what date and month?
2. Does completeness check done immediately once your application is received and then waits for review or even completeness check takes time??

I read in some other thread that MI review pending documents contains all application received till 16th. is this right??

My application reached on 15th dec for NOC 1123.. and 16th update says CAP 482 and MI review 340.

Can any one tell me what are my changes to be in CAP??

Need a quick reply and guidance from you all.

Especially who have received PCC on the same day of application!!!!

1) I tried getting PCC from ahmedabad PSK but they dodnt as my current address and passport address is different. I am planning to put another application for surat PSK Showing my passport address as current address.i have got my and wife's election card as the proof.

Q1: Should I try getting PCC from Surat PSK?
Q2: Do they provide PCC on the same day if address on passport and current address is the same?

If you are not sure about reaching 67, send it immediately as an additional document explaining in a letter that you want to replace the previous TRF with this new TRF, CIO will accept it and recalculate the point. But you must send it by today or else miss the chance to reach by 31. And do not forget to send the original.

Please I need urgent help. I have a very big issue and I need expert opinion. I have been previously married but been divorced in last year.

In my Generic Application form IMM008 there is a question " Have you previously been married or in a Common-law Relationship" by mistake I selected "No" and also didn't attached any evidence of divorce as I didn't select the option so forgot to attach any document for divorce.

Now I have received PER, AOR and also got Medical exam instructions and RPRF. My case is delayed as VO asked me to submit my upcoming baby addiotional documents along with my medical exams. He also asked to fill IMM008 Generic Application again.

So please advice me "Can I put divorce detail now in new generic application without explanation letter" as they will use only new form or "I should attach explanation letter and reason why I didn't attached it earlier". Is this will affect my selection ?

I have filled in schedule A background declaration form:
For education years:- 8=Elementary/Primary (1st to 8th class)
4=Secondary/High School (9th to 12th class)
4= Bachelors degree 4years

Now, I want to ask, from which class onwards i have to fill details ? 10th or 9th
Please check my table below:
