1 - Be sure you have sufficient funds in the credit card and raise the limit that can be withdraw from it.
2 - Check if international transactions are enable.
3 - Keep it at home and try not to lose it.
4 - A couple of members have reported the bank tried to change their card in a renovation policy. Try to keep your card until the payment is cleared.

ya i got medicals from my visa office without getting PER from CIC directly after getting charged...it may sometimes happen.

So guys, had a word with my consultant yesterday (they're pretty good, btw) and here are a few thoughts. Hope this helps you all

1. All those May and June applicants currently in the FSW 2014, waiting for an MR and have a second line, should get it approx by mid Jan (as per there calculations and past exp)

2. The express entry has a very extensive set of points and will be the way forward for getting into Canada. This is the last batch for FSW

3. The express entry's timeline (within 6 months) is the time AFTER you get an approval from the CIO. The CIO will pick up applications with the highest points first (as opposed to the first come first serve now) every month

Hope this helps people applying for EE. The apps received after Jan 01, 2015 will be considered under this program only.

Hello guys

I had a question. Are there any actual cases,in this forum, where the Medical and PCC request were not sent after receiving PER?
In such cases, the local visa office would over rule the PER.

I just want to know: 1. If this thing has happened. 2. If Yes, what were the reasons for it.

(I am guessing, the local visa office does a background check and an application can get rejected there.)
