Hey guys....
I received PER a few days back... my visa office is LVO. Can anyone plead guide me what documents are required next so I can start preparing ?? As I live in UAE it may take me a while to collect the documents and I want to stay prepared.

guess you need to apply for Police clearance from your country of origin and also from country where you are residing presently or any country you visited for more than 6 months.

In the months ahead most of the forum members will have gotten decision made on their applications (I pray and hope that all will be positive)

May be the thread will become less and less active as the time progresses (I am saying this after visiting 2013 thread)

ECAS status changed to Decision Made before 2 days. I havent received the PPR mail yet. Is it something to worry about?
Since the status is Decision Made, is it certain that the application is approved ?

I know , I am worrying unnecessarily. But seniors, plz adv.

HI All,

Can any one please give some clarity on 16th Dec CAP update on CIC site.

1. MI review pending and completeness check done applications contains completeness till what date and month?
2. Does completeness check done immediately once your application is received and then waits for review or even completeness check takes time??

I read in some other thread that MI review pending documents contains all application received till 16th. is this right??

My application reached on 15th dec for NOC 1123.. and 16th update says CAP 482 and MI review 340.

Can any one tell me what are my changes to be in CAP??

I think you should apply for a work permit after getting the PR card but not sure.
No idea about Quebec...

No work permit needed after being confirmed as a permanent resident at the airport.
