After stamping done on passport or after receiving PR card in Canada?

Also after what period someone is also authorised to work in Quebec?

I think you should apply for a work permit after getting the PR card but not sure.
No idea about Quebec...

You will be able to work as soon as you receive your PR card, but you will also need to get your Social Insurance Number (SIN), which employers need to start paying you. You just need to visit a government office with your PR card and they will issue you a number on paper I believe. Should be pretty easy.

I did my medicals on October 25th and just yesterday I got my 3rd line updated. Eventually you will get yours updated.

Many many congratulations to you riya. I am also NOC-0113, and my first application reached CIC on 15th Dec,2014, and second application(only change in second application is upgraded IELTS result to ensure that i have 67 or more points) and it will reach CIC hopefully on or before 24th December.
What do you think that when should I expect to hear from CIO?

Finally after a long wait, i have received PER. Thanku god and my awesome forum family

Cc charged - 23rd nov
Per received - 20th december
Noc - 0113
Sent addendum reference letters - 24 th october
Receivedreply from cic on 15 th december to my mail of 24th oct- docs will be attached to my initial application

The key points of my app -
1. Followed document checklist thoroughly.
2. Sent photocopies of reference letters,marksheets,degrees,didnt notarize anything
3. sent affidavit for birth certificate since my 10th marksheet didnt hv my parents name. Made self affidavit as well as from parents
4. My reference letters had a typo of wrong year mentioned in it, to correct this, i sent addendum documents
5. My credit card was told by bank that it wl b replaced with new chip card, but i convinced them to delay this till i get charged by cic, after lots of convincing they finally agreed.
6. I didnt send any letter of employment for a job which was different from my noc since i didnt want points for it.

You all have played a very important role in this and helped me all the way...

I contacted with WES for second time with that problem, they replied as below.

Thank you for your e-mail.

WES Verification Requests are sent by regular postal mail, fax as well as by e-mail.



You can request that WES sends a Verification request by express mail, the fee is $85.00 plus tax. This fee is to be paid by the applicant.

Please advise whether you would like to request this service. All requests are forwarded to the evaluation team for further review.

Now what should i do?

I am facing same situation. I paid 85$ for re-sending verification by express mail but after a week my money returned and said overpaid. I called them 2 times, they said they have my university email address and they will sent verification request by email. But it is more than a week still they did not send any email. I need to know how did you overcome this situation

It might take some time, don't worry. Also check with the physician if they had submitted your medicals to CIC.
