It means they have deducted your payment and 99% you gonna get PER

Your reference letter should match 70-80% of noc requirements

thanks for your reply bro ... so wat u are suggesting is that we carry documentary evidence of the funds being available of actual funds in the form of travellers cheque, bank draft etc

If you're carrying the required POF in the form of travelers cheques and bank draft at the time of landing, there is no need to carry additional proof but only to declare the amount you're carrying. If you're not carrying the total funds required, then you may carry the POF to demonstrate the availability of funds.

Try not to copy-paste the job duties. It would be recommendable to rephrase them.
