You need to be patient nd calm. CIC treat each application on case by case basis. In that, every application has different condition despite being received o the same date by CIC.

Your turn will definitely come in due time. Just keep strong hope in God and be positive.

Yours will come soonest if your application meets MI criteria.

I checked yesterday late night (Indian time today 3am) it was In process ... but just now checked it got changed .... LAST CHARGE AND PER REPORTED FOR 2171 WAS SEP 02 APPL. AND AFTER THAT THERE WAS NO NEWS ON 2171. REST WE CAN HOPE FOR BEST. GUD LUCK.

i am sept 11th applicant NOC 2171 DD Applicant. I just checked with the bank today and DD is not yet presented for clearing. should i think that i am still in the play?

I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS...

1. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AND IN HOW MUCH TIME?? Avg time from PER to MR for NDVO is around 50 days as per SS
2. IS THERE ANY CHANCES OF REFUSAL AFTER PER AND IF YES ON WHAT BASIS IT CAN BE.. Very little of rejection but there are numerous factors like Health, inadmissibility, failing security or document verifications, etc which can result in rejection. again as i said very little chance of those if we have good health and all our information is clean

Hi all,

Urgent guidance required...

I had applied on 2nd October, through a consultancy firm in Canada.

My payment is also routed through consultant's credit card.

Looking at current trends, I believe 2nd October applicants have been charged.

Consultants are saying they cannot and will not be able to trace charging for my application as there is no file number attached to charging transaction.

I am desperate to know whether my application has reached CIC and also, whether its complete as per CIC norms.

Myself or my consultant have heard nothing from CIC since I have applied.

Can any one guide how can I know status of my application?

I tried to ask CIC call centre but they refused to provide any info.

Is there any other way?

Dear Forumites,

Few days before i asked you all to pray for 3 year old boy to survive from critical situation. He is no more but he gave life to 4 people(all are kids) by donating his HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER and EYES. HEART TRANSPLANT done for a kid in CHENNAI yesterday.
MAY GOD BLESS HIS PARENTS.....

Sorry to hear that my friend .. May his soul rest in peace. four more kids have a new life because of him.

I am applying for reference/experience letter from my company that will show my duties. Can I take same responsibilities/points on company letter head that are mentioned in Canadian NOC against my occupation. I fulfill all of them, just need to confirm should I change working or not?

Don't just try to blindly copy paste. Try to rephrase some duties keeping the overall essence intact. This will give it a sense of credibility
